That was my first roo, and I was not really into MMJ (sorry, I'm still not). I left my friends when it started to downpour, cause I wanted to see Gogol/Claypool superjam.
I remember leaving the superjam after awhile, and as I got further away from the tent, I could hear One Big Holiday (the one song I knew, of course) blasting in the distance from the stage, and wishing I was there to see/hear it.

2008 MMJ is one of my top Roo sets ever. I'm jealous of those that saw their earlier sets but the 2008 one was definitely epic and one I won't ever forget.
