Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
-A blues tent... I think the Chicago Blues Fest is the same weekend as Roo. Most of the better acts are on Saturday and Sunday. Maybe this could be done for Friday. - A Portlandia curated tent with various artists that have had cameos on the show... the first Roo Clue made me think of this. - The top of the line up is looking to be strong in the rap area. Why not all rap on the What on Saturday: J Cole > Gambino > Drake > Outkast > Kanye? (I know that they would never go to a single genre on the What)
And wow, you're like a walking, talking infomercial to turn people away from Pearl Jam and Ohio State, aren't you? Before you started posting here I quite liked Pearl Jam and was indifferent towards OSU, now I find myself wishing that Eddie Vedder falls down a mine shaft or that Columbus is infested with locusts

If Ed Helms got to curate a Bluegrass themed tent for a day last year, how about a Les Claypool curated freakshow/carnival tent? You could totally open with duo de twang, throw in a bunch of crazy jam and funk acts, end with a Bonnaroo reunion of Colonel Claypool's Bucket of Bernie Brains, or just a Primus set (no chance in hell of Oysterhead). (EDIT- or just a new crazy Les Claypool superjam).
how about a dad-rock tent. blue oyster cult, steppenwolf, three dog night, creedance clearwater revisted, lynyrd skynyrd.
On Sundays I usually try to take it pretty easy and go to some laid back shows. This would be great to do all day Sunday and then head over to the Sunday Closer @ What.
This sounds like a really good time. But I've seen STS9 and Umphrees play the sun up on different years. So really I would rather have them on different nights for the hopes of getting to see that happen again.

yea, looking back a full day of a themed tent would really create more conflicts for me because i'd want to just park it here all day and i'd more than likely miss out on all kinds of awesome music elsewhere.

Didn't they do themed tents twice last year? A EDM tent one day and a Bluegrass one day? I know they did the Bluegrass ones but seems like I remember they having a EDM one.

Seriously, I'd probably just hang out at this tent all day.

They sort of already did a tent like this a few years ago, it was curated by Eugene Hutz from Gogol Bordello. It had Hangaii Forro in the Dark Jovanotti Devotchka Bootsy Collins Omar Souleyman And then Gogol Bordello
The shows were so much fun but I'm not sure how it was received overall, none of the shows seemed to have a huge crowd.
