I think what we're not seeing in this picture is the mosquito.

To me it looks most like caramelized sugar or a form of hard candy, kinda like:
I don't think it's an ice cube, though it's definitely the same color as beer. Or piss, if you're not properly hydrated.
Ditto to purplefuzzystuff and Jaz. Looks like candy to me but it could also be honey. As far as the top left corner, both honey and melted sugar get a sort of froth on them sometimes...then again, could be beer froth.
Bottom line: I have nothing to offer here other than to tell you the corner detail looks like some kind of froth.

What about frozen beer? I did an image search and found a few pictures that are similar in color and texture but I can't upload them because I'm not at my grown up computer.
The images are of beer left outside in the snow or left in a freezer. The freezing temp of beer is only slightly lower than that of water depending on the alcohol %
I know this might be a bit of a stretch, but it kind of looks like the "Chocolate and Ice - EP". Please, please, please be My Morning Jacket.
YES. Now if someone can find the spot in the photo that they got the clue from, I will breathe a sigh of relief. All these "ice" options are horrifying.

It could be a closeup of Duck Sauce. A-Trak played Roo last year, but I could see him coming back. They don't have a lot of tour dates, but they are playing Coachella.

That is so very obviously SOMETHING Frozen. Whether it's beer or pee or something, but it is definitely something that has been frozen. Look at any ice cubes in your freezer and they have the same effect in the center.

This is exactly what I thought when I first saw the picture. I know of people making ice cubes of beer to put in their glasses. Don't really know what "beer cubes" could tie to, but it's an idea that has not yet been discussed.
