Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
I've done this the past 2 years, but this year I added the 5th name. I think it's a good way to get a quick look at how much the festival has evolved (and how much has stayed the same). So, ignoring the rest of the lineup, which year do you think had the strongest top line and a half?
This is the first message board I've ever been on, the only reason I joined is because I love Bonnaroo and wanted to read and talk about it all year long.

I cast my vote for '09 though '03 looks great as well. They're all good. While 2009 doesn't have a certain band or two I like as much as some of the others, it's the only one where I dig the whole top 5.
2013, but in my mind JJ wasn't the real headliner, which nudges it slightly ahead over 2014 in my books. 2014 is stronger overall, but MACCA, Mumford & Petty were a better top 3 for me over Elton, Kanye & White. Lionel Richie does nothing for me, nor does Bjork. VW & Wilco are about equal interest wise....
Emoney serves more of a purpose than any of you, especially Nate, whose incessant, garbled ramblings are so mindless and pointless that I get depressed just seeing them.

2009 with honorable mention to 2003. What an amazing reminder of how many headliners we've a) slept through b) skipped entirely or c) were an excellent excuse for hitting the road Sunday evening. I haven't seen more than one entire set by a headliner since 2011.

I mean I think you have to go with 2014 but I might just be biased because I was there. I still have serious fomo issues related to missing 2012 though.
But back to 2014, you look at that top five and you see kings of their respective genres. Elton John, Kanye West, and Jack White are PIONEERS.
And then Lionel Richie and Vampire Weekend are just good fun beyond being extremely talented as well.
