Thursday: Wild Feathers > Jonathan Wilson > Cass McCombs > Thao and the Get Down Stay Down > Omar Souleyman > White Denim Friday: Greensky Bluegrass > little bit of Wood Bros or Dr Dog (not sure yet) > Umphrey's McGeee > Andrew Bird > Neutral Milk Hotel > tail end of Phoenix > food and rest > Superjam ? > nothing Saturday: King Khan > Tedeschi Trucks > tail end of Drive by Trucks > Slightly Stoopid > John Butler Trio > Jack White > run to The Flaming Lips > probably nothing Sunday: Carolina Chocolate Drops > Yonder Mountain String Band > Arctic Monkeys > The Avett Brothers > Elton John
So far the only part that is absolutely awful for me is friday night. Vampire Weekend and pit for Kanye, or NMH? Phoenix? Oh god, I can't think about this right now.
I'd be happy even if they just switched NMH with VW or Phoenix. I don't want to stay through Andrew Bird and miss Janelle Monae/VW/Phoenix just to have a good spot for them, because there's no way I'm seeing them from the back of a tent. I could just pony up the cash to see them when they come to Philly, but I REALLY wanted to see them at Roo.
Same goes for the Saturday daytime closer conflicts - I wouldn't care as much if I was seeing them outside of Roo, but I've been having Bonnaroo fantasies about all these acts. Seeing them on the farm just adds so much to the experience.
Just a heads up, I'm gonna be bitching about this schedule for a while.

Damon albarn vs cage the elephant is shitty! Tedeschi trucks overlaps cake that overlaps drive by truckers breaks my heart! I have to see cake, so I guess I'll be jumping from tedeschi early and might try to catch the ass end of truckers...

Of course, Hannibal Burress's set time and the Sonic/Solar Stages will cause some changes, but I'm pretty happy with my current plan.

Yea, that's a big one for me. Definitely thinking I'm gonna do Vampire Weekend and Kanye. That back to back should be awesome.

I gotta say...I'm not disappointed at all with the prospective schedule so far. Very favorable to both me and my buddy Garth. I will definitely be frequenting the What stage come June.
UUUGGGGHHHHHH. FLips/Nick Cave and VW/NMH conflicts are terrible.
Thurs.: McCombs - Real Estate (they seem too big for Thursday) - Cloud Nothings - Polica - Pusha T - Ty Segall
Fri.: St. Paul - Dr. Dog - Danny Brown - Andrew Bird - VW/NMH DILEMMA - Kanye - Superjam ??? - Meshuggah
Sat.: Classix - Seasick Steve - First Aid Kit - Cake - Damon Albarn - Chromeo - James Blake - Jack White - Flaming Lips (forgive me #basedCave) - Darkside
Sun.: Those Darlins - Warpaint - AM - Washed Out - Little Dragon - Elton

Anyone think since Chance the Rapper is playing after the Superjam it could be a hip hop superjam (maybe with umph backing, just saying it'd be cool) and there would be pleanty of time for Ice Cube to hop in on it too.

It's possible, but I kinda hope it's not a hip-hop superjam. They did that last year, and then it would also make this year's SJs hiphop/EDM/bluegrass; idk if they'd have them all be so genre-specific. I'd like a little more jam at the superjam, y'know?
Am I the only one that thinks thursday is pretty underwhelming. I really thought they would put Chance the Rapper on Thursday same with DARKSIDE
Explore some of the Thursday artists.
My recommendations: Wild Feathers (only if you're into the whole folk-rock/country-rock thing) Jonathan Wilson MS MR Real Estate White Denim Cloud Nothings Ty Segall

Anyone think Skrilly might play til sunrise on Friday? It'd be a marathon of a set, but didn't PL did it last year, right? It'd be nice to have something other than EDM play a sunrise set this year, but I don't see any of the other LN closers going that long.

Definitely disagree. Real Estate, Cloud Nothings, Banks, Polica, White Denim, Pusha T and Ty Segall are all great. Check out Rudimental as well - gonna be an energetic set to start the weekend off right.

Subject to Change:
Thursday: Preatures ->Wander around/relax-> ZZ Ward-> Real Estate-> Cloud Nothings-> Relax/wander(Maybe Omar Souleyman)-> White Denim > Ty Segall (if awake) Friday: BRUNCH! -> St. Paul&BB -> Umph.-> The Orwells -> Neutral Milk Hotel-> Kanye-> SuperJam? -> ???? I really don't care for any of the last shows Saturday: King Khan -> Tedeschi Trucks-> Grouplove-> part of Chromeo-> John Butler-> Jack White-> Flaming Lips/Nick Cave -> Glitch Mob Sunday: Yonder-> Arctic Monkeys -> Broken Bells-> End of Avett Bros.-> Elton John
EDIT: The VW/Phoenix/NMH conflict is the worst ever for me. Phoenix was a must see but I gotta see NMH because it may be the only chance I have. Plus them closing a tent would just be something.
I don't understand Janelle Monae getting 5:30 What Stage on Friday. Fitz and the Tantrums (who is also billed higher on the lineup) would make much more sense here.
Thursday-Allah-Las-Real Estate-Cherub-J Roddy Walston and the Business-Pusha T Friday-Big Sam's Funky Nation-Umphreys Mcgee- End of Danny Brown- The Naked and Famous-Vampire Weekend- Kanye West- MAD SPRINT TO THE SUPERJAM- Chance the Rapper Saturday- Cake- Cage the Elephant- Chromeo- John Butler Trio- Jack White- Flaming Lips- WTF Sunday- Carolina Chocolate Drops- Capital Cities- Fitz/Arctic Monkeys- Broken Bells/Avett Brothers- Elton John
