I got mine off last year by gently putting a screw driver in the black clasp and jiggling it around until it comes loose... You can still clip it back together

I only ever took off 2011. 2012 fell off, but 2010 and 2013 are coming off after next weekend and I am very anxious about it. It seems like I'm planning some invasive procedure by removing them!
