Tell me more. Are these Roti Rolls akin to Krystal's pocket rockets?
I ate like 3 Thurman Murmans last year with zero issues, but Mayo was telling us at SK that people got sick off that truck at SK 2013. This makes me wary of going for it again. I do have my redneck upbringing of eating terrible food to protect me though.
(Actually, I am just pulling a 'bees on the left side of what' thing to make sure there is no line as I plan on shoving a bunch of these up my face)

I are one and had no issue last year, a friend of mine did get violently ill from it though. I also have an iron stomach like you said, think that is the key to it. Chances are I'll stay away from it this year though, the horror stories I've heard seem to outweigh how delicious it is.
The reason there are no lines is because people know better that to get anywhere even near that horrible Roti Rolls truck for fear of catching contact diarrhea.
Doin y'all a favor.

Jeepers. Don't google "pocket rockets Krystal" while at work. At least I know why both HR and IT are gonna be calling me soon.
I had a grocery list made of all the food our camp would need. It just got cut by 75%!
My first year we brought all kinds of food, a grill, beer, wine, liquor, etc. Now I bring a box of pop tarts and a case of water. (And half of that usually ends up going home with me.)
Food in Centeroo is generally not too pricey, is usually very good and it saves me time and space, both in prep and in packing. And I can spend sixteen hours a day in Centeroo instead of trekking back and forth to my tent.
This is a wise statement! My first year we brought all kinds of food. Now we bring the obligatory "Box of poptarts" case(s) of water and soda and some Vitamin Water. Food in Centeroo and surrounding areas is so amazing!

Amen to that. No horrible rumors are going to slow down my Roti Roll consumption.
I've always blamed/attributed any stomach issues I've had on the farm to my overconsumption of different draft beers in the Broo'rs tent, not the food in Centeroo. I'm going to stick with that logic and grab one of those roti rolls. I loved the one I had last year.
This is horrible news. Their facebook page says they've suspended service due to Knoxville apparently being unsupportive of food trucks in general. That was last July so this really doesn't bode well!
Ah man that's a bummer. I've gotten something from them every year I've been since they opened the food truck oasis.
I will likely be the only one happy with no PETRO'S this year but they fed me meat in the past while informing me their meat dish and veggie dish were no different ?? Problem is I know I'd still risk a bowl cuz it is just that delicious! Roti Rolls FTW btw!

Didn't check cracked out last year, but I will make a point to this year if you guys get accepted! Stupid taco food truck with horrible tacos kept me away from food truck and back to gastro burger again...and again and again.
Was the taco truck from last year the same one that's been there the last couple of years? I just remember thinking the tortillas were super dry... It was disappointing. edit: I ask, because I have avoided the taco truck since my first venture there, but I'm not even sure if it's the same people.
Yes same taco truck. I didn't like that one either. I try to try something from every truck. Which is a good thing to have a group of friends cause you can always trade if you don't like something.
I really liked that grilled cheese truck too. Though they seemed small in comparison with the other trucks. I really felt cracked was the best value. Though the food in general at roo is very good priced compared to any other concert or festival.

Yes. The tacos are great. I met two girls at the Richmond VA airport coming in for Lockn '13 who were volunteering for them. They were telling me about their year that had included stops at Coachella, Summer Camp, Mountain Jam, Bonnaroo, and some others and I was getting kind of envious.. They gave me two coupons for free tacos and were rocking Biggie's "Juicy" at the stand at the fest. I'll hit them up for some food wherever I see them in the future at least once during the weekend.
5 Bonnaroos in a row on Thursday and throughout the weekend i hunt this place down and have myself one of the best hot dogs on the face of this earth. And they remember me and they always hook it up. Nothing is better than a chili dog at 1 in the morning on the farm.
Not sure if I was the only one but I did not like that bacon area last year. Don't get me wrong. I love bacon. But I felt it was insanely expensive for how little you got. It was easily 50% more then any other food vendor and half the food.

I was so excited about the bacon and I agree it was a big let down.
The Cracked truck was awesome! Easily my favorite truck meal of the weekend, and probably one of healthier choices I made. Hope to see you guys back! Second favorite meal - Bloody as Hell burger with fries and mayo from gastroPod. Worth every penny.

Agreed. We only stopped by once and felt it was way too pricey for what they were serving up.
