I haven't decided yet if I'm going the whole day or just for Julian. If I go the whole day I'll see Julian, Hold Steady, and Bombay Bicycle Club. Everything else doesn't interest me at all tbh

Would much rather watch College Football tomorrow then attend this festival.

You guys called it. The crowd in Tampa was awful. I'm still debating on if I regret spending $120 in gas, $130 for the hotel, and $70 for the pit passes (which wasn't even needed since they let everyone in the pit except for the last two bands, and the other stage didn't even have a pit).

My lord, I hated Julian's show so much.

I have to agree with you all, the amplitheater is awful. Went to coastline last year and it was pretty bad. Having a second stage anywhere doesnt work well with the hill and the layout of the place. The lineups of these festival are pretty average. The crowds are horrible filled with teenie boppers. Forget about the food trucks, lines looked like it would take an hour to get food. Somehow beer lines are just as ridiculuous considering probably only 20% of the crowd is of age. But it still is almost convincing because there might be one band you like and a few that are OK thats playing and its pretty affordable.

Trying to be opptimistic about Coastline 2015. They announced they received feedback from last year and were making big changes. So Im assuming that meens it wont be at the Amp. Vinoy Park seems to make sense. Hopefully a more diverse lineup as well. They posted new music from Flaming Lips and Panda Bear so that could be possible. Not that I think either one will play but its a good sign that they may have a lineup with more than just radio friendly indie rock
