So Ottawa's already leading, and Pittsburgh plays at Buffalo
Stick a fork in the Bruins, they're done. Threw it away...
Don't assume that Pittsburgh is a lock tonight. The Sabres are bad but playing every game close. The game is not a gimme.
It will be a pretty Pittsburgh-centric crowd, though, because season ticket holders sold off most of the seats for this one. (Selling off the Toronto and Pittsburgh games pays for most of the rest of the season and this one figuref to not mean anything to Sabres fans long ago.)

Epic collapse is truly epic. I don't feel good about this game tonight at all.
typical homer Americans. Eichel is for sure the #2 in this draft class and will be a huge asset, but McDavid WILL turn a bottom feeder into a playoff team instantly. Th guy is scoring 3-5 goals a game on a regular basis. He's the next Crosby, with better hands and way more speed.
Not being a homer. With the lottery we have an 80% chance of Eichel and a 20% of McDavid. McDavid's the prize but Eichel is the more likely result so I'm just going to assume that's who we'll end up with and at worst be pleasantly surprised after the lottery next weekend.
I'm totally fine with Eichel, Tyler Ennis and Evander Kane on our first line. I'll be even more pumped with McDavid.
sabers should get McDavid. I mean iBuffalo has the best odds of getting the 1st pick. But who knows
We got a great day/night of hockey ahead of us, along with the Masters, might as well just start boozing now.
I also just accepted a job with the New York Rangers as my first 'real' job aka a dream come true.
That's awesome! What will you be doing?
New York Rangers Road Tour - A lot of work with on-ice instruction, teaching kids how to play hockey through NYR Assist, Try Hockey for Free Programs, escorting alumni during events. Travling through the tri-state and doing clinics. They recently had a street hockey tournament at the Intrepid for kids, I'll be doing things like that, playoff watch parties in NYC and filling in for gameday staff when needed. Also doing their summer camp in July at the training facility. Lots of great opportunities, I'm still in shock I got it.

Good shit!! I just moved to 4 blocks from MSG
Nice, I'm an hour train ride from the city in the suburbs but I may be taking a sales job ( I know nothing about sales) for some extra income to allow me to move into the city soon.

I came from NJ where I could get to city on about 40 train or no traffic drive so I know that well. This is temporary for now, might go back depending on my job situation. Wish tickets were affordable like devils lol

Huge win last night for the Isles (sorry Pens fans). We've been really struggling for several weeks but a win tonight gives us home ice advantage for the first playoff series. I'm just happy to see them pull off a great season in their last year at Nassau Coliseum. I grew up about 15 minutes from the arena.

I can't wait for the Hawks fans to turn Nashville red. I bet half the crowd will be wearing Hawks gear. Almost a home game.
Hawks will win this series 4-1
They won't be able to keep the red out. Hope Kaner is back this series. I'll be at the game next Sunday and would love to see him back by then. Nashville can't keep the red out no matter how hard they try.

I'd love for Kaner to be back for this series but I seriously doubt it. I believe round 2 is much more of a reality, though. Hockey players are tough so we'll see.

I read that he would be cleared for full contact practice today. And if so, listed as probable for game 1.

The lines at practice today have Kane back in the lineup. Nordstrom and versteeg in, Vermette and Dejardins out. I hope those two will end up in the lineup

I just read that minutes ago he's cleared for full contact and is expected to play Wednesday. Fuck yeah!

Bruins press conference gave me a bad taste in my mouth for the offseason. The taste of shit. At least I don't have to watch Claude Julien throw Paille and Campbell on the ice when we are down by two goals in big games.
