Also, I was just watching a doco on the Beastie Boys and thinking about how damn brilliant and cocky and hilarious and honest they were. They're one of the bands I've been listening to consistently for the longest, and have influenced me as much as anyone. Then I realised next week is the anniversary of MCA's passing, so what better way to honour the man himself than to adopt his alter-ego?
