I understand why I'm suspicious. It's sort f my mo when I'm actually a townie. I do think jumping behind the inspectors guess at the other mafia that quickly though is really suspicious. Jazmo essentially knew as much as we do know, so I don't understand why his suspicions are more credible then your own opinion. Jazmo has no other knowledge that you couldn't formulate yourself at this current point, so for you to say your following his random guess and stacking is shady as hell and going for an easy kill in my eyes.
I am traveling today and can't post at length. I will try to when I get in the hotel tonight. However, based on voting record and content, I think our last two mafia are KDOGG and monkey.
KDogg jumped right on surf at the start of the 2nd runoff to start momentum that way even though he had been saying Jaz was more suspicious. Then went right along with Jaz and moved to carini.
Monkey had a bunch of weird posts that I'll highlight later and it fits with the mafia splitting on the final vote.

To say that I "jumped right on Surf" would be false. Once I saw stacking against Jazmo in progress, I wanted no part of it. Hell, I only picked Jazmo because the Surf non-reciprocation had me wary at the time. If you're going to make this accusation, at least include an explanation as to why that Jazmo surge leaning towards a limited runoff would've benefited the Townspeople. Either you're saying that was fine by you, or that perhaps my actions just might have been justified.
Also... hilarious you think I'm in cahoots with Monky of all players. After proposing a vote switch that would've put Monky in the Day One runoff, and calling it a coin flip that Monky could be Mafia? Really?
Funny how Hakuna & Monky were the ones to resist Jazmo's revelation and I'must supposedly the bad guy here. Riddle me this, then: If I were truly Mafia wanting Jazmo voted dead, why would I so publicly back off the stacking against him? Makes no sense.
That time of year.. I'll help as much as i can during the day Jroo. Up to my eyeballs instead of ass in work right now so thats when a few minutes of Mafia here and there is a nice distraction.

So, I was one of a handful of players switching votes, and I'm automatically the right choice? JFG, Sleepy & Tejas did as well. That's four, when there are only three Mafia. Take Carini out of those four, and you're talking about (at best) a 50-50 proposition.
Curious to me, because I wouldn't choose between you or Sleepy because it was just a 50-50 proposition.
I voted for Jazmo in the initial because I wanted a runoff and that Surf switch situation seemed amiss. I still suspect there was stacking against Jazmo in the runoff, which may or may not have been your doing.
Can't help but notice that, when Surf switched to Carini, you stayed on Surf to bring him into the runoff even though you were no longer bound to reciprocating. You had no problem putting someone voting for Carini into the runoff, and you stacked on the eventual Inspector in the runoff as well. Even if I'm not the essence of innocence here, neither are you.
The difference between us in regards to Jazmo? I regretted my decision & stood down. You stayed the course.
Something foul was going on there, and I hope my/(and, hell, since I can't 100% rule it out... possibly our?) fellow Townspeople realize this before it's too late.
It stinks. Something is up. If KDogg was mafia wouldn't his compatriot be trying to defend him?

My reason for the vote is that hakuna and KDogg voted for each other, which seems like a peculiar strategy considering everything.
I just think we need a runoff. Voting KDogg straight off doesn't help us as much as it could if he is mafia, and if he's not it hurts us in 2 ways - voting off a townie and not getting any info out of the deal.
You're just too young to grasp how stylin' I really was. All the boys wanted to do me when I was 5. Actually the girls did too. My haircut was confusing.
There's plenty of reason to stack this person. They've been explained by everyone else already.

Uh where & who? I thought I explained my voting motivations pretty well. Granted I did edit 1 of my posts. It was a knee jerk reaction and I immediately posted afterwards. Besides switching which eyebrow I had raised at kdogg how am I raising peoples suspicion?
Because I'm at work until 10:30 Central with no guarantee I make it back before deadline. Because this initial vote essentially turned into an unofficial two-player runoff, and my vote in any official two-way runoff involving myself should be fairly obvious. Because "self-preservation" implies not killing myself.
I havent had an opportunity to check inforoo since signing off yesterday. It was a gamble but I figured we wouldn't be lynching anyone before Sunday. I also expected some vote shifts after I put jazmo at 4. Looks like it worked. I also said my vote wasn't entirely locked in. I have some suspicion of Jazmo because Jazmo seems to be pushing suspicion on to other people by questioning there moves. Do I honestly have anything solid to go off of that Jazmo is one of the bad guys. Nope. It's still too early to tell. My vote for Jazmo is a little less random than my vote for Surf. My initial vote for surf was entirely superficial. He voted for me in the first round of the aborted slaughter, I needed to pick a name for the first round of voting and his stuck. I don't think voting for Jaz in the runoff, at least at this point in the game, constitutes me "moving' from surf to jaz.
I'm on my phone so typing this has been a chore but I saw that jfg and tejas questioned your vote as well. You can't be shocked that people are voting for you since you are:
1. New (as am I) 2. You voted for the inspector 3. You stacked on the inspector 4. You made posts pushing suspicion on the the inspector.
Even if you are town and I got this one wrong, people have gotten killed on day 2 for far less.
So to be clear your suspecting me of being mafia because I voted for the inspector BEFORE the inspector revealed himself? And because I didn't believe the inspector was who he claimed to be and kept my vote on him?
Kdogg, I think townies care about the town more than self preservation. You were tied, not on the brink of elimination. If this was a ploy to look for vote movement, I gave it six hours.
If not and this was just you saving your ass that could speak volumes. Dammit, I wanted munky and hakuna in a run off, but you might make a good substitute.
I'll probably vote for munky in the end, I just don't like someone on the block to have the deciding vote.
It would be 'nice' to end Day two tomorrow evening or sat am since we are going into the weekend before xmas. But also don't want to rush the game. Will take a checkpoint in the morning. Good night all.

Yeah, I could've written a better post there... that was one of those "duck in the bathroom & use my phone while the boss can't see" situations.
I don't expect any of us to take other players at their word here, but with my perspective & information, saving myself is the same thing as saving a Townspeerson. Probably should've mentioned that in my last post?
I agree we could've had a broader or better runoff. Narrow runoffs seems to be a recurring theme this game so far, and that kind of worries me. Anyway, I'm not voting for my first choice here, either. I can state with reasonable certainty THAT Jazmo got stacked on last vote, but can't identify the precise guilty party with equal certainty. Hence my original vote, before so much stacking forced my hand.
All I can add at this point is that I hope next round casts a broader net than this one did. Not going to hold my breath as to whether I live to see it, though.

Will make a decision by noon-ish EST today as to if this runoff will end tonight at 10 pm, saturday at noon, or Monday morning. A weekend close will only be considered if the majority of the players are ok with that. PLease feel free to post in the thread or PM.

Except it wasn't the "chicken entrails" remark in your post that caught my attention. It was the "keeping my cards close to my chest" comment. That actually seemed like a veiled hint in my mind at the time, and it made you a blip on my Inspector radar for a minute there early on.
Jazmo getting stacked on with your assistance helped change that. Jazmo's reveal definitely changed that.
That post was also the reason I included preemptive comments about a fake Inspector claim in my reaction to Jazmo's announcement. You were one of the players I was expecting it to come from.
