pretty much the only thing that could have stopped me from voting for grimes.
I was going to vote for Grimes but Adele has been calling to me. I burned a copy and left it in my wife's car and I was missing it. I can't think of anything else lately that not listening to it for a week effected me at all.
And you all thought I was gonna vote for Adele. As much as I do love her, I don't think 25 holds up in comparison to 19 and 21. She should have just stuck with the producer who did 21; no need to mess with the formula. I understand the desire for artists to branch out some so they aren't seen as formulaic (see: M&S), but the production comes across as hodgepodge IMO.
Art Angels, on the other hand, is very cohesive, and I probably enjoy "California" more than anything on Adele's record. Though I look and sound just as bad trying to sing it as I do for "Hello".

You've just help me discover a goldmine of a website, I can now listen to Adele and Joanna Newsom without buying it. FREE MUSIC
edit: Holy shit, even Dr. Dre's last record. My mind's blown, this is a wonderful night to be alive.
By listening to these records with this website, I now know positively that I'm purchasing Divers and possibly the Dre record. Not Adele's. PURCHASE though, physically own it. And so that's why I use Spotify, to make judgment calls whether to buy it/not buy it and therefore not making rash choices buying a new record for $12 and it turns out disappointing. So quite frankly, fuc* Joanna Newsom and Adele

It should be noted that this month was a three way tie, for me. I seriously just flipped heads or tails. Best 2 outta 3 won.

They were neck in neck for me, both really great albums and in different ways. The Floating Points is weird and cerebral and very much up my alley, but damn I cannot stop grooving to the Grimes. I've definitely listened to it more than anything else this month.
Considering you've found the need to respond to my threads as if you are threatened by me I offer you some peace my confused counterpart. May you find peace in your restless soul.
Make sure to post a picture of the album cover so your vote will count.
I don't know how to do that from my mobile
If you're dying to cast a vote just navigate to any photo of the album cover on any website. Hold down on the photo and you should get an option to Copy Image URL. That url should end in .jpg or .png or something similar. If you can't directly copy the URL from the photo then open it in a new tab and copy the URL from your browser's URL bar.
Then type a reply here and post your url between img tags. It will look something like this:
[/img]"your url"[/img] except that you remove the slash from the first img tag. Make sure you keep the slash in the second one though because that indicates the end of that command.
