Probably shouldn't admit this but I'm just now listening to Snarky Puppy for the first time ever and I'm really loving what I'm hearing, and I hate jam bands. But this shit is heavy.
they have a bit of a habit of using Inforoo and reddit as their confirmations.. and then being wrong
And yet, they didnt use either? They linked back to Jamie Lidell's FB post which is where we all got wind of it from? Not sure how that constitutes them "blowing it"?

VIP tickets sold out this year, I don't recall it happening for the past few years and with that in mind it's entirely possible that the festival isn't relying on the actual names of their superjam to sell additional tickets (They didn't to begin with, remember?)
Everyone talks like AC and Superfly need to release details ASAP in order to push tickets or no one is gonna show! Even on a down year, they will sell 60,000 @ 300 a pop. The bigger years can easily account for the smaller ones, that's big business. With what they have generated in the past fifteen years, they could drop an HL addition the day of the festival and still be comfortably in the black. Sorry Fins, this isn't me confirming your asinine theories. Instead, it's simply pointing out that the mentality of THEY NEED US! only remains meaningful up to a certain extent. The train is moving, people buy tickets yearly to be a part of the scene and without concern for more than a small percentage of the lineup.

I'm not particularly excited by the participants this year. That being said I was completely disinterested in the Hip-Hop Superjam in 13 until I stumbled into it and wound up having one of the best times that weekend. I like that I no longer feel the need go hauling ass after Slayer ends in one direction or another.
See how easy it is to get the raw graphical elements? I just don't buy this poster until Bonnaroo confirms it.
But someone that is supposedly part of it posted the pic.. which makes it seem more realistic
Why is it all grainy and compressed? It just doesn't make any sense to me. I think Jamie Lidell posted it as a joke after he saw the fake. Could be wrong. I just know that the poster, from a graphic design standpoint, would be very easy to fake in Photoshop. We're talking 30 minutes. We already knew Rob Trujillo would be there.

Well its 50/50. Antonoff, Trujillo, Reggie Watts are there. Pretty Lights has a great relationship with Bonnaroo playing marathon sets every other year. And Chance missed the superjam last year so maybe this is a make-up
Plus it was posted by a person actually at Roo with no mention of it being a joke.
