After 10 Bonnaroos and a bit more expendable income I am going to try Coachella in 2016 instead.
So can anyone with experiences at both give me some tips on Coachella? How is different? How is it better? How is it worse?

The previous poster basically summed it up.
And although some people may look at the shorter set times as a bad thing (which are pretty minimal at this point, since Bonnaroo's have gotten shorter along the way), I find this to be a huge plus. I see about twice the number of artists in a day at Coachella than I do at Bonnaroo. And the superior layout makes it much easier to get from stage to stage.
You will love it!
And since you are staying off site I would definitely recommend that you get a locker to stash a change of clothes and merch etc, so you're not lugging it around all day And rent one early, they do sell out.
