Sunday at Coachella is weird. There is not really a single MUST SEE, but I have 25 acts I'm interested in. Be a good day to check out Despacio, spend more time in Yuma and check out all the art and vendors.
Wife and I are flying into Phoenix, few days at the Grand Canyon, few days at Vegas, drive into Coachella Thursday night. So a chill Sunday will be perfect. I've had three or four dreams involving Coachella already so I think it can go ahead and arrive any day now.

I was looking through the lineup page and there are 3 entries for Despacio for Friday, Saturday, Sunday. I'm thinking this means that however it's set up it won't be an all day "tent", but more similar to a performance each day.

Interesting. That brings up a lot of questions. How many (if any) other djs will be involved apart from James Murphy/2ManyDjs? What will the system be like to get in? How many people can fit in at a time?

In what world can I decide the Coachella schedule so there are no conflicts between LCD, M83, Underworld, 2manydjs and Sufjan?
2 ManyDJS in Sahara > M83 on the Main > Sufjan on the outdoor > Underworld in Sahara > LCD Soundsystem on the Main
I know it can work! Just need Coachella to put DJ Mustard or something up near the end of the day in Sahara to make the kids happy. my biggest concern is M83 versus 2manydjs. That'd be heartbreaking and it already exists on the clashfinder.

Yeah, I think at least some of those will conflict. The actual schedule will probably be very different from any clashfinder that gets created, though.
I suppose I've accepted some will overlap.
LCD is a must. 2ManyDjs is probably 2nd for me and M83 is my wife's #1 so they land at 2a. Underworld is #4 and Sufjan is #5 if it comes down to it.
Coachella normally does pretty good with schedules. There have been a few sad decisions looking back over recent years (i.e. caribou>Flylo vs. Todd Terje>Squarepusher) but I trust I can see at least 3 out of 5, hopefully 4.

Yeah, I'm already writing off M83 as a lost cause. Chances of seeing 2manydjs or Underworld again are much slimmer. I'm pretty confident none of LCD, 2mannydjs or Underworld will conflict, everything else is gravy.
Ideally, @gearbm95 is right that Jack U is closing the main, so I can close Friday with 2manydjs in the Sahara, LCD, then back to Underworld in the Sahara.

Yeah, conflicts at Coachella are usually just the result of booking lots of "must see" acts, as opposed to just stupid scheduling.
I'm not fussed about seeing Sufjan, since I caught him last year and it was one of the best shows I've ever seen. I'm actually hoping he gets booked opposite something like St. Germain or 2manydjs or whatever.
FWIW I saw Sufjan in a festival setting last year and he played all of his hits, a bunch of stuff off Illinois and it was awesome. So I wouldn't expect the same Carrie and Lowell show if that's what you saw.

Not sure is you're from the area but both Underworld and M83 have local sideshows fyi

His festival sets didn't look that different to me from the rest of the tour, just shorter. At the show I saw we got all of Carrie & Lowell, but then 3 from Illinois, 2 from Michigan, 2 from Seven Swans, 1 from All Delighted People. Regardless, it was so great that I don't feel a need to see him again if someone else on my must see list is playing at the same time.
His Rocky Mountain Folk Festival setlist was amazing, but I agree with you. He was so awesome that I want to see him again, but I wouldn't see him over one of the rarer acts he may be up against.
If anyone has extra tickets to The Front Bottoms show at the Regent let me know. Booked a flight out earl never really imagining it would sell out so fast.

Jean-Michel Jarre is playing Sonar this year. Maybe he'll end up playing Coachella 2017 and be a false confirmation for this year much like CHIC with Nile Rodgers.
