Can't say I was a big fan of the lineup release this year. Hopefully they pour the money they saved on not going with a big production into side screens for the tents.

i heard taytay. i would be front row. blowing smoke in her face so i could hear her say "Oh. My. Gosh."
lineup is EXTREMELY weak compared to the last 6-7 years. kendrick has a new album coming out, but has no new hits currently that he didn't have the last time he played a sunday afternoon what stage slot. sure he MAY by June, but what if the new record bombs? who knows? i'm just unsure what garnered him that headliner slot. mumford making up for canceling a couple years ago. idk. a few things missing i thought would be there (death cab), and nothing surprising that was added. will not be attending. hope everyone who is going has a good time though!

Nope. We never reached consensus on it being Death Cab but a lot of people really believed clue 10 was them. Whoever made that clue must have had no clue what that company logo was. What goons.
Anyway, after awhile most of us just fell into expected them.
People are assuming it was actually meant to be for Tears for Fears. At least that's the best guess I've seen yet.

I meant to say this earlier...thanks so much to everyone for calling and posting! Seems like some of the voices were really annoying to have to hear over and over. I hope Roo doesn't do the lineup drop this way again but it was kinda exciting.
And for a select few, whose posts are now missing...

No Tame Impala sucks, but I'm ok, less late night conflicts. There's plenty to see, as always. I'm surprised to see RTJ so low on every lineup. I thought they would be billed top 10-15 in most lineups. At least top 30 for roo?!

I'm upset. My buddy in NY said he knew for a fact AC booked em. Between no Weezer, Modest Mouse, Tame Impala, Ryan Adamas TV on the radio, Jenny Lewis, St. Vincent, or Beck I'm pretty disappointed. At least he got two outta 3
