Earth Wind and Fire have an insane amount of adds on the lineup page, which is pretty remarkable for a legacy act. They will play the Which stage Friday night
also holy fuck has Courtney Barnett been on this lineup the whole time
Bahaha, are you serious? Did you not know who Courtney Barnett is or did you really just not realize she was on the lineup? Idk how that could've happened because a lot of members on the boards have been drooling about her and how excited we are to see her the whole time
I've said it before but I really like the way your mock lays things out.
Friday in particular looks fantastic, I'm the The Other Tent until Tears for Fears then onto Ben Harper before heading to the mainstage. A real quality run of sets.
Its sad as I look at the lineup and see like 20-24 bands I want to check out. Then I look at Mock Schedules and it dips to like 8 or 9 that I can actually see.

I've got around 50 that I would be interested in enough to see their sets, the schedule is always rough for me.

i always hate it when I dig into the lineup right after it drops, find a couple new to me artists I reallly like, and then they conflict on the schedule. if bonnaroo dropped their schedule as late as coachella, i would be very frustrated.

I knew of ~90% of the bands on the original lineup and about 5 of the Cafe acts. The really rough part for me is when a couple (or more) of my must-sees get scheduled in the same slot. It's usually less popular acts scheduled against each other, or as part of an extended schedule clusterfuck. Some proposed examples this year being: Caribou vs. Freddie Gibbs/Madlib, Sturgill Simpson vs. Shabazz Palaces, and King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard vs. Pallbearer. In theory it sounds like a good way to split the crowds, personally it fucks my shit up. CappDogg will get some side-eye if he pulls one of the above...
Thursday would be nice jumping from Jungle to Maury and then getting a solid spot for Glass Animals. I'd like to catch RTJ & Odesza so that is gonna be an issue but other than that i love this mock.
I'm ok with everything but the LN's. First thing i'm looking for when I see the schedule is which one of Odesza, Rtj, and Earth wind and fire overlap with each other and I'm really hoping its not all 3. I really want to see at least 2 of them in full. Saturday I think Flume and Tycho will be in the same tent.

I also see Flume and Tycho in the same tent, but if they are that most likely puts Slayer and D'Angelo in the same tent. Which is really weird. Not saying it couldn't happen, just saying it'd be super weird.
Or it could end up Superjam > D'Angelo, which would be a dope one two punch, but I don't see them putting D'Angelo on quite that late.
I still think Slayer > Bassnectar would be the best combo, and I mean that honestly, but I know Bonnaroo would never go for that.

I think on Saturday we get Bassnectar on Which. Superjam in one tent. D'angelo going into Slayer in another tent and Flume going into Tycho in the last tent. Unless they add more night acts, which I doubt.

Yo I've said this before but I think there's a strong chance Earth Wind and Fire play the Which Stage after Deadmau5. They're not billed very high but they're sitting around #6-7ish in adds on the lineup page, which is insane for a legacy act. RN they got 8600 adds compared to 6500 for Robert Plant or 8900 for Deadmau5. If they put them in a tent that shit's gonna be PACKED
They could even play between Kendrick and Deadmau5... Looks like they play a 75ish min set which wouldn't extend the typical hour-long gap between what acts by that much

Slayer > Nectar would be an AMAZING combo and I'd be bummed I'd have to most likely miss it for the Superjam. Also, I think Slayer > Nectar could happen, but only if they made an addition to the latenights. Also, the thing about Earth, Wind, and Fire on Which seems like it'd be much more likely if they add a latenight act Friday as well.
Jesus Christ, a MMJ/Jamie XX/Atomic Bomb/Sbtrkt conflict would fucking destroy me.
Me too, but I never even looked at his schedule and I too think that is going to happen (kind of) I'll post a mock soon, I just have to plan out Thursday and I'll be done

Notes: 1.) Ok, so, instead of taking random guesses at where the additions will be in the schedule, if there was another slot open on a stage, I just put it at the beginning of that stage's schedule for the day. (Sunday Which stage closer is the one exception to this.) 2.) I don't have any of the artist additions in this schedule except for. D'Angelo because Bonnaroo announced them all after the daily schedule was released and they haven't edited the daily poster yet. We only know which day D'angelo is playing because he's a LN so he was announced in that.

this is my fav schedule so far, I hope it does look like this except that I have time at some point to see Rubblebucket on Thursday, I could imagine them being at the same time as Gramatik but I've seen both many times before, I would prefer Rubblebucket thou.

My biggest question at this point is how late the deadmau5 LN set will be. 1-3am like Fore has above? Or more like 11-1am? I'd love to catch all of deadmau5 but would hate to miss everything else LN in the process.

The reason why I think it'll be so late is the fact that they are actually advertising it as a LN. Because in 2009 they had Beastie Boys -> Phish and Phish's set time was 11:00-2:00 and believe they just said that was just a headliner. Obviously it got treated different than most because it was beastie boys/phish, but they didn't call it anything special, just called Phish a regular headliner. So that makes me think that if they are calling Deadmau5 a LN instead of a headliner, he must be pretty damn late

My memories a little hazy, and not at home to check my booklet. But wasn't 2009 the year Phish was booked to play 2 shows? I think they advertised one as a LN set (the one after the Beastie Boys), and one as a headliner set (Sunday).
Didn't Bonnaroo tweet that Alabama Shakes would be on the main stage? Or did I imagine that?
No, you're right, my bad. I just looked at my schedule and tried to change it up and that was one of the changes I made. Easy fix, just swap Alabama Shakes and Ben Harper
Y'all do realize that the other tent is the electronic/hip hop stage now right? It's been like this for like the last three years.
You do realize that describes almost every act I have in that tent. And you do realize that they actually put hip hop and Electronic one of either This or That tent each year as well if need be (usually when the artists have live bands in their show or they think the crowd will be too big for the Other. (Like STS9 or the hip hop SJ from 2013)
