This might be a dumb question, but is it possible Caribou is late night Saturday and listed Sunday because that would technically be the date when they are playing?

People have this theory every year and I don't recall it happening since I have been going(2008). So I would not count on it.

I may be in the minority, but Caribou in the tent closer spot on Sunday sounds great. It was great for Washed Out too. Hell, I 'll go a step further and say SBTRKT's afternoon set was fine with me.
What happens if my tee shot lands on a bird's back and he carries it out of bounds but then is attacked by a larger bird who grabs the ball and drops it in the hole? Is that still a hole in one? 'Cause that's how I'm gonna play it.

Initially, I was pissed that Caribou got the LN shaft, yet after thinking about it, it will probably relieve the inevitable LN conflicts. Hopefully Billy Joel only gets 2 hrs like he should, and plays from 10-12, which would allow the tent closers to play right up until 10.
A 1.5 hour Caribou set starting anywhere from 8-8:30 would still be pretty great, as it would be dark enough for their lights. But dammit, Caribou LN would have had the potential to be the best show of the weekend.
Oh well, it will be a nice way to end the festival, as I'll probably be taking a nap in the back of the What field during Billy.

So The War On Drugs just announced a new spring tour and has June 11th down for Bonnaroo, idk if this is just a place holder or if they are actually playing Thursday because I find that a bit strange for a 4th line act to play a Thursday show.

They could play Thursday. Maybe close out a tent or something. But they are billed high so I'd count on them playing Which or closing a tent during the weekend

yeah, in my opinion they seem like a thursday act, and if that were the case, id be convinced we are in store for a lot of great artist additions, but it is most likely a placeholder and my dreams of Modest Mouse or Alt-J are shattered

Would be pretty surprised if they were a Thursday act considering they weren't last time they played. Very few acts get "demoted" to Thursday.

Little Dragon closed the tent that night, just thought I'd add. I agree thou that Caribou would be great for that spot.
Music Midtown: 2011 Bonnaroo: 2012 - 2016 Forecastle: 2013 Rock al Parque: 2014 420 Fest: 2014-2018 Shaky Knees: 2015 - 2019, 2021 Seen tons of local shows since 2004.
Close to zero percent chance that War on Drugs play Thursday. Pusha T, who was booked higher on the lineup than any other Thursday act last year, was like ten lines down from where War on Drugs is this year.

So glad Grateful Dead and Trey didn't accept the Roo offer to play.
Why would say something like this?
i think he just picks the most recent thread to blurt out what ever nonsense is going through his mind. Someone needs to introduce that guy to Facebook.
