This is off-topic, and I certainly don't want to distract anyone from what appears to be a fruitful and fulfilling discussion, but I thought IP addresses changed all the time? Is that not the case? I did look this up on Wikipedia but did not see any clear answers.
If just one person learns something new in this thread, I think it will all have been worth while.

Meh I'm gonna take a nap I'll be back later though I'm not done every single day till hell freezes over I will be back until the whole board represents for Guantanamo because we have no guidelines how to not get shipped there so I will make this place seem draconian until all eyes turn to me and I give a thumbs down like I said you cannot stop this I got 4 yeses already and people saying they have no dog in the fight period so some of the board is already revolting and does not support the leadership or does not care to watch it go down in flames and frankly I don't want that either but I don't want a kangaroo court more give people a fair shot is my only real demand instead of grind axes

I think you're thinking of dynamic IP addresses (whatismyipaddress.com/dynamic-static). Oddly enough, even when people come back with a different IP address, they usually out themselves pretty quickly in one way or another, and then it's just a game of whack-a-mole.
Possibly Sproat on a prepaid phone with a new cloaked IP perhaps we should ban just to be safe there are tons of open WiFi around NYC better ban them to in case Sproat is in Starbucks on their WiFi you really think he just Inforoo at home?

Ha, I have lurked on here since 2009 but never had an account. Actually I think I did make one several years ago, around 2012, to see if anyone was going to this local festival they have here called Boomslang right after I moved. I think I posted twice. I couldn't remember the login or password or anything when I decided to create this account just recently. I honestly couldn't tell you what that screen name was. I had a different e-mail address then I used for most social media things so couldn't even do forgot password.
