I've seen a few posts attempting to gather enough crazy patrons to afford the rockstar package. When I first attended bonnaroo 9 years ago, I thought "roll like a rockstar" was for old, white, wealthy sell-out assholes. I still believe that is true. However, I'm now too old to manage a hangover while profusely sweating in a tent that smells like genitals and rum. Anyone else wanna break the bank so they can recieve the same pampering as Billy Joel?

I roll like a true rock star. Sleeping in my van outside some shitty venue in my cleanest dirty clothes, bowl of ramen in the floorboard, still hungover from Jim Beam bourbon.
Why does your tent smell like genitals? Maybe focus on that first
I'm impressed by the number of responses... who wouldn't recognize humour if it punched them directly in their smelly genitals. Needless to say, this post was a complete failure. I will consider a general admission ticket with only the freshest of genitals in my presence. Good job, bonnaroovians, you've destroyed my assumption that only like-minded individuals attend this event.

I wish I could partner with some like-minded people for the Roll like a Rock Star treatment. It looks incredible, but it's also a little pricey, which is the trouble for me. And don't let some message board responses get you down.

A possible solution to your problem: Don't drink. You won't be hungover and you can spend the money you save not buying booze on something to take care of that genital smell. Also, you won't be a sell out.

Absolutely. I'm one who likes to drink but with the exception of some edibles I stayed sober the last 2 years.
My girlfriend and I would go in on it next year if you're still looking then. We planned on it after last year when we did VIP with a rented RV. From what I've read it's not much more than we paid and I would of given anything to have access at some of the tent shows last year. Unfortunately we can't this year because we decided to checkout the Super VIP at Hangout so we're just doing VIP in a tent at Bonnaroo this year. Last year was my first Roo while my Girlfriend hasn't been since the first 2 years. We absolutely loved Roo and will go every year until we're too old.

I am always surprised at how many people wanna start planning for Roll Like A Rockstar just a few months away. Seriously, for the average person, being able to scrape up that kinda cash would take months planning. Plus I would REALLY wanna know the people if they are going to be in my 3500 dollar experience.
The GA people have always been beyond cool IMO and I plan on stsying there.

It doesn't have much in way of details but I'm guessing this is a way to do the Rockstar thing without having to get a huge group? Or maybe you pay extra not to be on the bus with all your loser friends that aren't getting any? Email them and find out someone.

Another year of Roo. Another year of ripping people who want to do Roo in a different way. Should we not embrace people enjoying Roo the way they want. I guess Radiate Positivity is subjective to the terms of one's opinion.
advice to the OP: 1. drinking to excess is not good for your health anyway. 2. Wash yo ballz, dude. Your smelly junk can stink up a $30,000 bus just as well as it can a Coleman tent. Baby wipes work wonders for most people, although I don't really focus on smelling genitals while at Roo so I suppose that is up for speculation.
