Maybe you had to be there or I was just on some good shit but Deadmau5 blew my fucking mind and everyone around me agreed that he was super awesome. we were right behind the pit dead center on the rail so that probably helped. Royal blood was also super fantastic yesterday.

wasn't just you I thought deadmau5 was great. i spent half the set in the pit and half on the hill. sound was clean and loud all over the what field. I thought the light rig was great and more impressive in person than on video. Still not as cool as the mau5cube but still nice to see something different.
deadmau5 doesn't fit in when the rest of the popular djs, its weird that he's popular. I think it was just right place right time right branding right single when "ghosts n stuff" hit years ago. his music, for the most part, lacks the soaring vocal hooks and/or hip-hop vocals we see with every other big DJs, which works for me. i danced during his set during times and just stared quietly at times. it was awesome.

If anyone was playing the heart hands drinking game during Sylvan Esso, I'm pretty sure they had to drink like 3 whole drinks to make up for the amount of heart hands I just saw in the air.
At the risk of sounding like @juggs, I will say that in my opinion both the shakes in 2015 and the Wu Tang Clan in 2013 sounded better at Coachella those years than at Bonnaroo the same year.
Hell, they were better *last week* at Mountain Jam
Yes yes....everyone at home watching on screens tell us how good or bad the shows are. This way when I get home I can check the thread and see what I should or shouldn't like.
Shakes and Kendrick were both fantastic shows. Maybe not if you've seen them a ton of times but I thought both sounded and looked great. Both stepped up to the plate imo

I was just expressing an opinion about both shows that's all. I really like the shakes and I feel like their new album is a huge step up for them. I didn't not say the Alabama Shakes set was bad. I said I thought their Coachella set was better. And that's ok.

To be fair, I didn't say their performance was bad, I said they were bad.
Considering you've found the need to respond to my threads as if you are threatened by me I offer you some peace my confused counterpart. May you find peace in your restless soul.

This Odesza set translates amazingly well to watching it live stream. I am curious to hear how people liked it who attended at Roo
I'm charging mÿ phone and listening to it on the Bluetooth speaker in the other room. This is my first exoerience with them and I am enjoying it quite nicely. Can't see the visuals but the audio is great!
