My neighbor fortunately lives in the suburbs of the city so I'm either doing this or Panorama depending on the lineup. Not a Tool guy but I would be down to see them if the rest of the lineup is solid. Panorama getting Frank is a big deal to me though

Where does Gaga fall on a festival lineup? I'm inclined to say she's a headliner at SOME festivals, but maybe not all. I think she's anywhere from 3-5 at Bonnaroo and no lower. Has to be bigger than Ellie, right?
I don't think so. She'd have been pushing it as a #2 six years ago and that was at the height of her popularity. I would love a set by her but she's a #3 at best. Though we had deadmau5 at #3 a couple years ago so who knows.

Edit: A quick google search shows me she headlined Summerfest in 2014, the World's Largest Music Festival™!
