I feel like Q-Tip just kind of said that they were planning on touring, which means there's a good chance they hadn't booked anything and aren't playing at all this summer. Hopefully I'm wrong
How would they fill in Phife's parts? It'll be interesting to see.
The same way they did on SNL? Either his parts would be just be his lines from studio cuts or they would have possibly a few guests.

Yea, could be the same as SNL or similar to shows where Snoop will play (but no Dr. Dre) and vice versa. Just play his part and shout out to it on the speakers.
Not that high in 2017. More like Flume, or Major Lazer, most likely.
I'd be pissed if Major Lazer is our number 1 EDM. Saw them at Wayhome and they were absolute garbage. I feel like Flume would be a little better set for my tastes.

Flume >>> Major Lazer >>> Pretty Lights
Flume at the top is totally fine with me. Of the possible options, he's a billion times better than DJ Snake or Martin Garrix or really anybody touring the US other than Justice.

When there's a better late night act on a different stage, will it matter?

No, but this is based on the assumption that there will be a better late night act on a different stage.

Not really, but that's assuming there are better conflicts at that time. Every year I've gone I've watched a little bit of the #1 EDM for the weekend.
