agreed. i thought i was the only one on here who thought this.
the bit i caught of him at roo was a "play the cd and occasionally shout one of the lines from it" performance. i say that with peace and love, pusha t is one of my all time favorite hip hop artists.
Well good news, now you have J Cole to look forward to instead.

I was heartbroken. Can't believe any rappers do that.

Chris Cornell Solo to close Which on Sunday. This obviously lends itself to a Temple of the Dog encore for Pearl Jam! Could you imagine Hunger Strike on Sunday night?!

Dance: Justice Americana: Bob Dylan Legacy: Brian Wilson Other: Eagles of Death Metal Other: Titus Andronicus
If you want more realistic then Chic instead of Justice and Tallest Man on Earth instead of Dylan could've all actually happened and made this lineup much better.
I'm hoping that if D'angelo could be a late add, Chic could conceivably be added this year
Festival organizers have heard your cries and want your help in fixing Bonnaroo 2016.
They are looking to add five acts to the festival that will please the masses but there are stipulations:
- They cannot add anymore headliners, preheadliners, or Which acts that start after seven pm.
- They do not have the power to work miracles so they will not be reuniting bands that have irreconcilable differences or that haven't played live in years.
- One of the acts has to play dance music (EDM, pop, etc.)
- One of the acts must be a country, bluegrass or Americana act.
- One must be a "legacy" act who hasn't played Bonnaroo before (think: Earth, Wind & Fire, Tears For Fears, Lionel Richie or Alice Cooper)
What five acts do you recommend to them?
Repair Bonnaroo: Primavera Edition
-Cabaret Voltaire (dance/edm/pop etc. fits legacy act too) -Can Ty Segall be Americana? why the hell not? honestly couldn't find an Americana/country act on the Primavera lineup -Suede (Legacy) -Savages (Misc) -Unsane (Misc)
those are five acts that would take the roo lineup from "eh" to "cool" for me.

And wow, you're like a walking, talking infomercial to turn people away from Pearl Jam and Ohio State, aren't you? Before you started posting here I quite liked Pearl Jam and was indifferent towards OSU, now I find myself wishing that Eddie Vedder falls down a mine shaft or that Columbus is infested with locusts
Chicago TAUK G-Nome Project Space Jesus Cocktail Party Phenomenon
Sure, this post is a year old. But it just popped up on Facebook cause my buddy is in CPP and I thought it was cool for him.
Well! We might as well bring it back for 2017: Pixies Conor Oberst The Avalanches or Ratatat if either really count as dance Parquet Courts Modest Mouse (for me) maybe Kid Cudi if it's for everyone.

Legacy- Cheap Trick Americana- John Prine Dance- Pet Shop Boys Others- Kraftwerk, Judas Priest
Well, Roo didn't book any of these acts this year either, so I'll recycle my answer. I didn't realize when I first wrote this that, at the time, Pet Shop Boys had never played Tennessee before. Roo whiffed on that one. They drew a near sellout crowd (and surprisingly young) at TPAC, so I think they'd go over well even in the EDMified Roo environment.
