For people who are new, the annual "who will ruin Bonnaroo" survey is meant to poke fun at the irrational fears of the "vibez" set. For example: rappers ruined Bonnaroo by attracting violent thugs, or Radiohead ruined Bonnaroo by attracting emo kids who cut themselves. Or whatever.
Since no one cares enough about the lineup to have passionate opinions on the subject, it's a little harder this year.
Ellie Goulding will ruin Bonnaroo by attracting a farm full of 15 year old girls.
J Cole will ruin Bonnaroo by attracting a bunch of baby-soft, pants-wetting millennials.
I'll play...Jason Isbell will ruin Bonnaroo by attracting rednecks and hillbillies to his show...oh wait...this is at a farm in Middle Tennessee...never mind.

At the very least, be honest and let us know how all the special interests and catering to minorities is what will really ruin Bonnaroo.

I wrote a post as a pun on the title of the thread consistent with some of the other posts and that is it. Don't like it or feelings hurt...sorry. Whereispassionpit "I'm so quacking sick of the Grammy's snubbing black performers" That has to be the most factually inaccurate comment I have read on Inforoo in a long time. First, go look at the 80 awards and categories. "Black performers" don't participate in most of those. Second, The Grammy's and others are selling out to the pressure of the black community by pushing LL Cool J, and a lot of hip hop and rap performers into a three hour show just to pander to the black community. I thought the Grammy folks and other awards do a great job of balancing the shows given all the special interests. IMO, Alabama Shakes is R&B or Blues but not "rock". Sorry you are so "quacking sick", but definitely believe you are wrong.

The lack of quality hip/hop and electronic artists combined with maybe the least amount of unique bookings in Bonnaroo history combined with a rise in manufactured pop of varying shittiness including J Cole, Goulding, Macklemore, Halsey, Sam Hunt and the Chainsmokers.
And wow, you're like a walking, talking infomercial to turn people away from Pearl Jam and Ohio State, aren't you? Before you started posting here I quite liked Pearl Jam and was indifferent towards OSU, now I find myself wishing that Eddie Vedder falls down a mine shaft or that Columbus is infested with locusts
