No PJ is ok if we get LCD and Sigur. It is hard for me to guess another act to put in the top four with LCD, Pheonix, and Sigur because the most realistic bands just seem like it makes it too good to be true for me. Could Soundgarden perhaps fit in there or would they be a preheadliner or could they oppose a headliner? I think people have stopped thinking the XX because roo supposedly got em, right? Then, of course, there's the Metallica rumor which I would be fine with because I haven't seen em before.
Who could fill the spots of Walk the Moon and the 1975 this year to oppose the heavier headliners? Also, who could Sigur oppose? Because, if they go against LCD, I'll cry and if they go against Phoenix, I'll be very bummed.
For the pop-ier bands maybe Foster the People? Or any of Two Door Cinema Club, Fitz & the Tantrums, Empire of the Sun.
Metallica vs. FTP (or any of the others mentioned above) LCD vs. The Shins Phoenix vs. Sigur Ros

I'm surprised people are so stuck on Metallica being there. Metallica is a stadium level band and has been for decades. Last year they only had one headliner that was arena-caliber (Florence) and she just reached that level of popularity. I just cant see a festival like this making that huge a leap.

Just a mild case of the hangouts.
Yeah, but it would be stupid for them to post something that obviously hinted at Metallica being there for them not to be there. I don't want it to happen, but I have a feeling it will.

Yeah, no way they were just goofing around with a font generator.
Possibly, and probably. But they hardly ever post anything on their Facebook page other than info about the fest and bands that have played, so it's kind of out of the blue. It's obvious they wanted it to, at least, cause some kind of speculation about it.
Just saw that Soundgarden, A Perfect Circle, and The Offspring are all playing the same day at this little rock festival in south Florida. So, I no longer have to care about whether Shaky gets any of em. Today is looking up.
Yeah, I never even consider going because there is always a maximum of like one band a day that I actually wanna see. But, the fest gods have smiled upon me today
welcome to Rockville and Carolina Rebellion they both have the exact same lineup (practically). I'm going to Rockville, it's $99 for two days. How couldn't I?
