Vouchers were supposed to be activated June 18th. The site no longer says to check back on or after that date but I'm still not getting the vouchers to load. Anybody got it to work for them? I'm getting a check back later message.

After finding out that the tickets won't be available until a year from now, and that if enough people use the discount codes before that year is up they'll yank the free tickets all together, I'm much less enthused by this.

This is my biggest annoyance about these tickets. If you are going to give free tickets to make up for the bullshit fees we have paid over the years, then those tickets should be valid on any ticketmaster ticket available.

Yeah I'm not getting excited about the free tickets at all yet. All I want to know is if I can combine these small discounts I have, because it'll take me years if I have to use them all individually. I just don't go to ticketmaster venues that much anymore

So we'll only get our free tickets if enough people don't use the $2.25 discount codes?? What a joke.

So they screw us over on the free tickets to get out of making up for screwing us over for years. Makes sense.

I think there will be some tickets available during the first year. This is from the settlement agreement:
During the first year after Final Approval, Ticketmaster also will make available tickets having an aggregate value of $5 million for which Ticket Codes may be redeemed pursuant to the distribution and redemption terms described above.
Still probably not worth getting particularly excited about because we have yet to see what shows are going to be available.

I'm still trying to figure out if I even got any vouchers. At least I found the Active Vouchers section. Keep getting "We are experiencing difficulties. Try again later" message though.
Could they have given out more of the discount vouchers than needed to increase the chances of meeting that $5 million? It seems like the type of sketchy activity ticketmaster would be into.

I kept getting that Sunday when I was checking, but kept trying and eventually it opened.

I did not get a single voucher somehow. For those who got one pair, how many tickets did you buy to get that voucher, and for those who got 17, how many tickets did you buy?

I received 12 pairs of ticket vouchers, and 12 $2.25 discount vouchers. The settlement information I read states that it's supposed to apply to purchases between 1999 and 2013. I have no idea how to look back on how many Ticketmaster transactions I made in that time period, but I feel certain that it was more than 12.

My guess is I have bought 500+ dickets since '99 from dicketmaster alone. I honestly have no idea, but I think guessing 2 shows a month seems reasonable. May have been a few months with 0s, but there have been some months with 10+, so it balances out. However, I bet the magic number is way less than that based on some of the folks I have seen get the max amount.

It should be a one-to-one thing. The FAQ says that for each purchase transaction made through ticketmaster.com, you should get one discount code and one ticket code, up to the max of 17.
I got 17. I have no idea how many tickets I bought on ticketmaster.com between 1999 and 2013.

My free/discount ticket number should be way higher if that's the case.

I got 17 $2.25 discounts and 17 $5 UPS vouchers. I'm positive I always printed my tickets. I don't think I used UPS even once for shipping. No tickets though, weird.
All my concert buds on FB are freaking out. Apparently the event list went live today and no one was told except people that were randomly checking and if you didn't use them you are out of luck, they are gone. Apparently there was some fine print that says they are in a first come first serve basis and if others claim them before you, you lose your vouchers. That sucks
"Once Ticket Codes are made available to you in your Ticketmaster account, you may attempt to use your Ticket Codes to claim “free tickets” identified as available for redemption on this website. These “free tickets” are available on a first-come, first-served basis and may not be available for redemption if others have claimed them before you."

There was nothing to use them on, they haven't even released the list of "eligible events." I think it's just glitchy, tell your concert buds to relax. There is an email list you can sign up for where it will give you alerts as events become available.
I hope so. I really do because that is so shady. But what about that fine print I posted above? I'm scouring the Internet trying to find people that actually used them.

Same here. I had a bunch of free shows yesterday, signed up on their e-mail list to be notified when the shows went live, got no e-mail and the free tickets are all gone. Sounds like Ticketmaster to me.
