yeah, I'm with ya - especially with my movie almost done. I'm assuming Ken will be too busy Europe-ing and whatnot to check in (I know I would be) but we still need to give him his time. I'm okay with it, only because the whole game is going on pause for a week soon, so we'll all have picks to catch up on. It's just a little annoying that we'll have to delay everything by a week for another 2-3 days of play, but c'est la vie.

also a suggestion - this is probably more difficult but i think it would be a good idea if we created movie posters for our films, similar to how we all made lineup posters last draft. Thoughts?

I'm planning on it. Haven't messed with Photoshop in awhile, so hopefully they'll be good.

While the original is already pretty tight on its own, I'm gonna have Steven Moffat go ahead and work on the screenplay. Sherlock, Doctor Who and Coupling are all sharp and have well crafted plots. I think he's the right fit.

I'll be out of town for a week right a the end of the draft so I don't know if I'll have enough time, but I'll give it a shot if I do.

I'm using picmonkey for mine. It's pretty basic, but it's free. There is a pay version you can upgrade to, but it's not necessary to do something relatively simple.
The movie I am adapting is only an hour long, and I would like to expand it to a full length feature and clean up some of the dialogue. The roles I have in mind for Russell Crowe and Michael Caine are important characters, but they only have a few lines - I would like to delve into them more deeply.

It's not arbitrary, it's been in place since before you signed up.
who's all going, me, dan, todd, and one more right? I'm fine ceding my picks in the spirit of speeding things up. I feel like we're pretty close, if everyone picks it up a little we could do some serious damage, and ive got a majority of the picks in the last two rounds any ways.

I don't think we should change the rules. I have T-Mobile so there's no way I'll be able to check in at roo.
Because they don't have wi-fi there or anything.
Sorry I don't want to use the shitty State Farm wifi to check in to an internet game at a music festival. Especially when I signed up with the promise that the game would freeze.
