Pixies are the reason I'm going to that show. Weezer is fine but I love Pixies.
I'd hope that half the crowd would leave after pixies for each one of these shows, but I guess I don't give weezer enough credit? Maybe I'm the one who is getting old?
Nope. Weezer is the reason I will not pay fer a ticket to this tour.
There's not a lot of video out there from the show but their Verve cover was a standout.
I railed for Mondo at both Roo and Lolla last year. Something about the sound (bass cranked up?) at Roo left all 4 people in my group with ringing in the ears. They weren't ringing after July Talk right before Mondo either. Gotta get some ear plugs one of these days.

It was one of my most anticipated acts, but I had a splitting headache (dehydrated) and it was so loud I had to leave the rail for the shade of a tree. Still bummed that I wasn't better prepared to enjoy his show. It was, nonetheless, great.

LL Cool J is probably your best bet. ATCQ are over, unless they change their minds. I'll be holding out some modicum of hope for ELO though, and if they somehow score Massive Attack I imagine this board will collectively lose their shit.
Anyone heard if Hot Chip is doing any shows in 2018? Its been a really long time since they've played...was it 09?
Unfortunately Alexis Taylor is playing that All Points East fest in London a couple weeks before Roo. I'm guessing that means if Hot Chip are active next year they might end up in Europe for much of the summer. Hoping I'm wrong

The soul rebels, gza, and talib and performing shows together. That’s something I feel the bonnaroo of old would have totally jumped on. If they’re going to still throw us a few jam acts hopefully I’d love to see electron play a Thursday night slot. That also leaves the door open for maybe lotus, toms American babies, of bisco but I’d think they’re the least likely of the three

there new album is great and their old albums are fantastic. Sad I missed them in 2014. I think cause I was trying to be close to Lionel Richie. Can’t remember if that’s right or not. Think they played the same time or overlapping
