The Badu show just hit my InWeGo app. Not surprised that she can’t price shows at $85+ anymore.
Didn't she recently play in Baltimore anyway? Too soon.
She just played(sold out) anthem last Fall and Showed up almost 2 hours late. Why would anyone who went to that show want to go through that again. Although, the show was phenomenal when she finally got on.

Anybody ever been to Hampton Coliseum in Hampton, VA, and if so, how are the acoustics there? Tool just announced a show there in May, and a three hour drive from DC on a Friday sounds reasonable.

I saw PJ there in 2016 and I honestly can’t remember how the acoustics were. Since it is a 50 year old venue, I’d assume they weren’t that great.

Lorde was $100 or so as well. Which makes sense given the exclusivity of seeing an arena tour at The Anthem. But that's why I am curious what the best tickets in other dates will cost.
So, I think the Black Keys show is probably the most expensive show they’ve hosted so far. I’d assume having Modest Mouse open for them isn’t cheap either.

Wow. AJR is the playing the Anthem. Are they really that big?
This a Live Nation show? Probably made more sense to book it there over say, The Fillmore, even if The Anthem doesn't sell out.
In other news, did anybody get tickets for Tool in Hampton, VA? I did, psyched AF. If anybody got any recommendations for a good place for dinner prior to the show there, would love to hear it!
Anybody got a ticket for IDLES at Rock & Roll Hotel on Saturday 5/11 that they'd like to trade for a ticket for the second date on Sunday 5/12?
Managed to get a Saturday ticket, so now I am selling my Sunday ticket for IDLES with Fontaines DC as the opener. Face value ($20), e-ticket, if you're interested, hit me up!
