I don't really care who the beer sponsor is. I'm just wondering if there are options, or like a beer tent with beer from other places in the EU, or if the beer sponsor is just what we're all gonna be drinking. Either Heineken or Estrella for all of two weekends sounds pretty whack to me. Would be a poor marketing decision, tbh. After that I would never want to drink it again.
Unless things have changed since 2013(which is certainly possible) only the sponsor beer will be available. I definitely wouldn’t expect any sort of craft beer or beer from around the EU. The beer culture in Spain and Barcelona are pretty weak. A lot of bars in Spain only have one beer on draft.
i do appreciate how there are a good amount of small bars that focus just on bringing in tons of craft beer. Gonna check out la bona pinta, bar 134 on that front. there's very good stuff out there but it's a much more niche. I enjoyed going to garage beer co before heading to the festival in 2019, but looks like their hours have been shortened.

Yep this. Have been to Madrid before for Mad Cool and that was also the case there, Heineken iirc.
I usually dont drink that much when its hot, but when the sun settles..
If it was called PinkCountry she could play it in spite of her disappointment right now.
No, it’s not PinkCountry, it’s Pinkpop.
But if it was PinkCountry, could Kacey play there? I agree a pink pop festival is a better place for a pop star like Katy Perry, not a country star like Kacey Musgraves.

I’m now wondering if our potential massive attack replacement could be one of the south america headliners. would make sense for them to announce both at once
couple of questions for people who’ve gone before, how far are the stages from eachother? how does the size of this compare to Coachella? how are the vegetarian food options? and how easy does it tend to be to get close for acts?

Its been a while since I went (2015) but I remember all of the smaller stages were somewhat close to each other and the two main stages (Mordor) were a bit further out but nothing too bad.
Bigger than Coachella I think, which feels like a small fest for its size IMO. First time I went to Coachella I couldn't believe how easy it was to get to all of the main stages, to the point where I'd just set hop during acts in the Main and Mojave.
Probably depends on the act but I don't remember having any issues getting close at Primavera, get there an act earlier at the most. There's so much going on I wouldn't bother camping for any acts unless you want front row.

Maybe closer to ten when you take foot traffic/level of intoxication into account? And the two main stages are pretty close to the point where you can have a somewhat decent spot at one stage and still see/hear the other stage. Again not sure how much has changed since 2015. I think the furthest stage was the Auditorium.
The Rayban, or whatever its called now, was my favorite stage. Think that was the original main stage before expanding.
