From my experience the PCR test is more of an issue with testing positive for over a week after infection. Rapid antigen test is the way to go. I tested negative on that in February after 6 days. I do agree it's absolutely insane that America still has the policy when Canada and most European countries have removed this requirement for the fully vaccinated. Another crazy thing it only applies to flights and not entry via cruises!

id recommend booking a test as close to 24 hours before your flight as possible so you have enough time to potentially procure more tests if you false positive
I've tried about a dozen times to get into Charli XCX because I love Christine & the Queens, Dua Lipa, Caroline Polachek, Kim Petras, Carly Rae Jepsen...

I’ve never it before though. Are you saying if I get it in Spain I can a get a doctor to certify I’ve recovered after a certain amount of time to avoid the testing requirement?

I did have a close call with it recently (long exposure to someone who later found he was positive), just didn’t test positive.
I have a feeling Carti is going to cancel. Apparently he couldn’t play a fest in Canada because he’s not vaccinated. He would have had to gotten it some time in the last few weeks
They are starting to give some more detail on the VIP main stage setup on Twitter. They said "Not only is it a bigger area, it also has a private bar & toilet, and the floor will be more elevated to allow a better viewing."
I was already planning on seeing a ton of main stage acts weekend 1, so if that's accurate I think I'll post up in there for Kacey through Pavement on Thursday, Fountaines DC through Jamie on Friday and Nick Cave and Gorillaz on Saturday

oof, its a miracle he was able to play as many shows as he did despite being unvaxxed, that must be why he did some odd venues on the Vamp tour last year like college arenas

I've read that they would clear out the VIP main stage areas after each act. I wonder if that'll still be the case in this new area.

What insurance carrier did you get it through? Any recommendation?
No, like. The sole reason I got some insurance because I didnt want my plane get canceled last minute. Corona restrictions are completely gone in Belgium, and I assume almost all in Spain aswell.

Well they aren’t in the US. We face being stranded in Spain until we can produce a negative Covid test result, which can take a significant amount of time after you originally get it. With how high last minute lodging and flight costs are, it’s a real risk.
We can enter Spain freely with just Vax proof, but we can’t go home as smoothly.
