But she's nowhere in the same artistic league as Frank Ocean and Solange (just to name last year's big R&B acts).
I'm not even super familiar with Janet Jackson and I know you're kinda speaking out of your ass. She has a lot of critically acclaimed albums. I probably like The Velvet Rope more than any Solange album.
