This became my favorite place to lurk the last two years, and singlehandedly convinced me to make an account after like 6 years of lurking, if that means anything.
Ty Segall and Panda Bear are both most likely out. Primavera Sound is great. Japan fests hurt Pan. Burgers. Burger places ranked. Aldi's vs. Trader Joe's vs. Whole Foods. Janet Jackson/The Weeknd/The Killers/David Byrne/SZA/potentially or potentially not Jamiroquai.

I don't care for Aldi's a whole lot because I like the larger selection of items at ShopRite, but I'll be damned if after every shopping trip I don't pop over to Aldi's and get three avocados for 99 cents each. That's a fucking steal for avocados, especially in winter.

As someone who's never seen The Weeknd before and has only seen the last four songs of the Killers' GovBall 2016 set and their truncated bit at Global Citizen last year, I think this would actually be a pretty decent lineup, for me. There's nobody on that list I have no interest in seeing other than Daniel Caesar, and that only because I've never heard of him/heard his music.

Don't worry. Even if Janet and The Killers are headlining, they probably won't close the main stage. The second name on the poster will! And it is totally going to be Arctic Monkeys.

Janet/Weeknd headlining just means I can leave early which is a bigger bonus every year I get older. I'll stick around to see a bit of The Killers but seeing them twice in the past 4 months, can't really muster up excitement about them.
