Person 1: So, I know 4 of the bands coming. All pretty legit and, with the exception of 1, they used to all be headliners.
Person 2: Who are the 4???
Person 1: The source begged me not to say. But, look at the list I posted back in December. All 4 are listed.

Grading on a curve, I don't think this is terrible even if Incubus is the headliner. The only one I'm not a fan of would be Sublime w Rome.
Oh I don't hate the bands individually. But they are supposed to be announcing the "headliners" which you would assume means the other 20 artists are lower billed than these six. For a three day festival that is a lot of not so big acts to spread out. I'd be down for those six at a one day local fest.

At this point with the chaos of the festival market, I hope anyone daring to put these together survives. If they charge $50 for a 3 day pass, great! If its $200? GTFO. I dont see anyone really traveling for this but if locals get behind it and a few hour away folks drive in, maybe well have a fest that can "eventually" compete with Hangout's lackluster bookings. Likely? No. But I hope it does well, grows, and maybe look like Hangout of 2012.

I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt since it’s year one. I won’t go unless I snag some free tix but if it ends up being cheap then it won’t be so bad.
