Here’s a question for you Viking. Why are you so adamant of mad dog being town. He’s blatantly advocating for anti town moves with no remorse.
Because I feel he is so in the weeds that he has no idea who is on first.

The killing ZIG thing? It is HIGHLY unlikely a mafia member suggests that that especially at the time it was proposed. There were 3 votes on me and I looked like the confirmed lynch. Why shake it up, especially when again, your 2 and 3 were both voting for me at the time? And now coincidentally, they are both voting for MADDOG.
Just keep an open mind, reread and think about it.

No he has not, but that does not make him mafia. Look at the entire strategic picture including timing, voting and reasons, not just the tactical move.
I'll be the first to say it is a terrible idea but looking at the larger picture, the timing, the reasoning, and looking how he has been manipulated all game, I don't see it as Mafia move but one of desperation.
Regardless of who is mafia, they are isolating on you and MADDOG. They know ZIG is a lost cause because they have to whack him either D3 or D4. It's just a bonus that he is tossing bombs that are way off base.
Thor is to a greater or lesser extent cleared with his votes. He also is experienced and reading the targeting. And I am a better target than a foil because I am controversial and harder to sway.
You will live to Day 5. They need you to live until then because there is no other choice. They wanted to kill me instead of Mad dog as their votes earlier this round showed. Mad dog is just spun so hard he is making bad calls they count on. Plus, then they could have played on the shade they threw at you earlier.
Look at how the votes moved If you believe I am town, look at who was voting for me, the reasons, when the votes moves and why. The same people who tried to kill me are trying to kill Maddog. The tactical reasoning may be better as trying to lynched a confirmed townie is a terrible idea, and is suspicious as hell in a vacuum, but outside the vacuum, the fact remains it just does not line up.
If you vote Potent now, you are going to live until Day 5 and will have the chance to kill him then. I would bet he makes it too, unless the mafia goes for the dice roll and leaves ZIG alive. Just need to have a bit of faith.

There is little to no chance MADDOG gets whacked. They would have preferred he got dropped out and I was lynched instead because he is suspicious of you and you are of him. Say I got lynched. It goes:
3 L Viking, W ZIG
That leaves you MADDOG, potent, Zolah, and Thor. They either win that day by turning your mistrust on each other and double stacking 1 way, or more likely, you lynch one of them, Thor gets whacked, leaving you Mad dog and either Potent or Zolah alive. Probably Zolah. Like the first runoff, all Zolah has to do is play off the mistrust, reserve her vote and kill the easier target.
With me living, say we lynch Potent. ZIG is still the logical whack, but it may be Thor or myself because ZIG is off target. They could use him to produce a biased Sterling vote saying he is the only confirmed townie and we should believe him. He votes the wrong way along with Zolah. Then their is a pool of Viking/Thor, Mad dog, Dan. The VT vote is the other way, and again they isolate on you or him.
You 2 are literally their only chance because of the uncertainty around your role and your broader list of suspicion.
No rule against it and every time it has been raised it has been voted down. I said it strategically and have a reason why. If you limit what people say and why, you give the mafia a perfect place to hide.
Let's not forget, people have hidden behind a real cancer diagnosis as Mafia in this game.

Having trouble myself. The more I think about it the less convinced I am of mad dog.
One thing that has really been bugging me is that potents quietness is pretty characteristic of him as Mafia. I remember in the game where it was zolah, potent, and I he pretty much just slid on by once zolah and I were caught in a lie (god that was such a fun game). I understand he got married but there comes a point where it’s becoming intentional

Yeap. Potent is a much more active townie. Weddings happen, but he would have posted a bit more IMO if he was trying to sort things out. He does that in thread as a townie. We have none of that this game.
And remember, it was Jaz that told the thread he got married, taking pains to say it showed up on Facebook.

FWIW, I think Potent is nursing the fuck out of this honeymoon/vacation. He’s probably sitting on his ass on the beach/at a hotel/at a spa/etc. all day with more free time than any of us right now. He’s the last person that deserves a pass for being quiet.

I’m doing this for a number of reasons. I’ve been out of town since Tuesday so I was mainly getting by from skimming. I finally got a reread in and a lot of the assumptions I’ve been making about mad dog haven’t really been true. I pretty much had a town read on him until his zig push. Essentially the suspicions I had of him were based on his dumb anti town move (which was dumb - completely dumb). BUT if I want to Lynch mad dog then I’d be ignoring my #1 rule of Mafia, the biggest anti town move is not contributing to the game. In all honesty potent could just be a townie who doesn’t give a fuck because he got married. Even if mad dog is Mafia at least he’s contributing and I can engage him. I think that lynching zolah tomorrow is still the best option since she’s suspicious. If it gets to a day 5 of Viking/Thor and mad dog I honestly don’t know who I’m gonna pick.

No I'm believe pablo. However, I've already stated that him and zig immediately coming at me with no information made me uncomfortable, if you'd been participating you'd have seen that.
