I apologize, you're correct. I missed that after Kanye's Sunday Service was announced, the secondary market demand for Wk 2 has surged to such extraordinary levels that the Stubhub price dropped from $370 to the current $315 with further room to tank.
It seems odd that all these hundreds of thousands of Kanye fans are selling their tickets at a large loss as a means to express their desire to see Kanye, but you're the smart one with your finger on the pulse of the fans so maybe you've got an alternate explanation for this inexplicable market activity.

Imagine being this butthurt about one artist playing one weekend of a 2 weekend festival where there's 100+ more artists that you can discover and enjoy if that other one isn't your cup of tea.

Yup. There are definitely artists that were important to the rise of music festivals, but Coachella and Lolla are really the faces of the music festival boom.

I’ve admittedly only be half following the news (because I only care about the Rihanna half of the project) but if it’s a film Gambino will be premiering on YouTube during his stream, it strikes me as a 15-20 minute affair, tops.
If history repeats itself, it's just another long music video.
He did the exact same thing at ACL 2014, hyping up this new thing he was working on, then it turned out to be "telegraph ave."
That set was pretty awesome, until he abruptly halted it, ran off stage and played a 5 minute long short film to a huge festival crowd. Really awkward and off-putting.
but then he came back out and had pyro, so it was cool.

I saw a couple of people say they had trouble and then they realized one the letters they thought was an “I” was actually a T?? Not sure if this is a thing this year
I can't imagine it's that hard to change after Solange. Doubt anyone on the poster is throwing a fit about a later spot or a promotion to the main.
If we have artists switching days though to fill in voids, which was rumored, then it could be a Wednesday release again. No maps yet makes it seem like more of a possibility.
I actually think Solange was known in advance. I don't think it was as last minute as they are saying. With that being said, I think Wednesday may be in the cards since that's when BearTraxx announced you'd know who their DJ was for each week. I really, really hope it's today though.
