I see most sets alone so I'll never know this burden. Also, you were right behind us at Four Tet apparently and disappeared when shuck told us. SO in my opinion you fucked up hard twice. Jk, jp. Would have enjoyed meeting more of you folks.

Really wish I saw Khruangbin as the days pass, but I’m 100% seeing them when they come by me next. I’ll never pay to see a solo Diplo show and had fun at that set so I’m not tooooo upset. More bummed that so many of my friends went to that set and said nothing about it before hand when I was super high on them going into the fest -_-
I'm not one to judge someone on a festival choice, and I'm certainly not judging you here (you can have a blast at any festival set, especially with a good group of friends). But what compelled you to go to Diplo if a bunch of your friends went to Khruangbin?

If you parachute into the middle of the set, it's not going to make much sense, but all I can say is it worked at the time (freaked people out in a good way)
Rewatching the viral Youtube review (which if anyone has the link to the full thing, I'd love to see it if you wanna PM it), she actually described the effect in an interesting way: "it's making me feel scared, it's making me feel the music, like it's making me understand why they're crying..I don't know, it's hard to explain"
Anyone have the audio from Four Tet's DoLab set or seen it floating around and know it exists? That shit was soooooooo good.
Probably recorded, the Do Lab likes to release a handful of sets in the weeks after the festival. So it's possible that it'll get uploaded eventually. Haven't seen it anywhere yet though

I know weekend 2 was recorded and I'm pretty sure he recorded weekend 1 as well. I don't think he's finished processing them yet since I've only seen the Aphex Twin recordings so far.
Edit: oops, didn't realize this was for the do lab set.
