Cardi does not headline Coachella before Nicki considering the respective albums they each released this year.
I could be wrong, but atm, I wouldn't expect Nicki to headline ever.
Another male rapper who just headlined another area festival is not what I'd expect to join Childish Timberlake, but I'm not going to say absolutely not to Kanye.

My criteria for if something is EDM:
1. Is it electronic music? 2. Can I dance to it?
Check. But, EDM began as a catch-all term for the 2011-current breakout electronic music like Avicii, Skrillex, etc. At the end of the day, who cares. We'll all die someday.

It had its moments. I liked that he did something different. It seemed pretty much all improvised. It was a big risk that didn't fully pay off, but cool that he did something more DFN-y than his usual stuff.

Please! We need more late night post-rocky (another of the worst genre names ever) stuff. There were a lot of fun late night options the last two years but nothing introspective and soul-shredding like Sigur Ros or Swans.

I'd prefer Foxing be a late afternoon/evening Sonora set like Oh Sees. They don't seem to have much going on in terms of production, so I feel like that's a better spot.
Slot Foxing in the ~3:30-4:00 PM Mojave Big Thief type set.
Save the midnight counter-program set for something that would get a little hot and sweaty.

Archetype to me of a late night tent rock set was Foals on Friday of 2013 - that whole tent was rocking, people going nuts, band feeding off the energy, etc.

It’s really frustrating that Travis Scott released the cities he’s touring, but not the dates. An LA date is on there, so we’ll probably have an answer on whether he’s gonna pop up at Coachella or not.

It's mostly selfish bitterness because I wanted to see Real Estate last year, and assumed it'd be a nice little afternoon tent set. I forget which headliner they were up against.
