Has anyone mentioned the 311/Offspring tour that is playing Jones Beach and PNC? No interest? Ok, I'll see myself out.
I'm actually excited for that. Gym Class Heroes are opening too....gonna be a real nostalgia fest.
Keep in mind on April 30th Live Nation is doing some sale all-in tickets for $20 (that's including the service fees). Looks like most Jones Beach shows will be on the sale. If so I'm scooping up tix for Offspring, Weezer/Pixies, Ozzy and Kendrick.

I went to that exact same show at PNC a few years back and shroomed. It was interesting. Maybe I'll go if any friends are into it. PNC has a great run this year.
Anyone know how parking is around there? I can't stand using the trains and subway to Brooklyn during weekdays. Always home super late
It's a little tougher along the waterfront but I usually find something nearby along or between Whythe and Berry for shows at Music Hall. Definitely try to get there before 7, 730PM though

Yea, if I can snag tickets I'll likely drive in. It's so much nicer being home an hour after the show instead of 2-3 hours. Sometimes travel from Long Island can take double the amount of time the show actually lasts and it's annoying as hell.
We're very excited to announce that this Memorial Day Weekend we'll be expanding Elsewhere to include a new rooftop venue, for a long summer of events, cook-outs, arts programming, and sunsets!
TUESDAYS: food, film & art happenings (curated by Elsewhere's Landscape art program)
We’re proud to announce the first wave of incredible artists that will be performing on the rooftop, such as Dilly Dally, Mr. Twin Sister, Zimmer, Waajeed, Nicola Cruz, Little Boots, J. Phlip, Bonny Doon and many more!
The rooftop will also play host to some of the city’s most forward-thinking party series such as Pride parties with the legendary Wrecked & Carry Nation and The Bunker. also in the mix will be The Rub’s signature blend of hip-hop, classic disco, funk & soul. Papi Juice’s Latinx-organized BBQ Cookout, Susanne Bartsch’s techni-color KUNST party, the Fundido party, and the next installment of GARDENS, a new party which highlights the queer + intersectional narratives of house music.
Jonathan Toubin expands his renowned Soul Clap & Dance-Off to the rooftop, and Northside Festival will present live show takeovers in partnership with Brooklyn Vegan.

Hoping to get tickets for the Leon Bridges show. That would be so good. I held off getting Radio City and waited too long. Plus, can get closer if I snag these.
