So I tried to get Remi Wolf tix this morning for Webster Hall in Feb. I had 3 tix in my cart but then my credit card info was wrong. After I corrected it, it was too late. Fan presale was sold out. But there’s another presale tomorrow and Fri it goes on sale to the general public. I’m not too worried but I’m fucking annoyed. Anybody know if there’s a code for the Bowery Presents presale or the Spotify presale?
Side Note: I was having diarrhea while trying to purchase tickets. It was very stressful on multiple levels.
Curious for the people who got Saturday tickets-how the hell did you do it? I logged in at 9:59 and got nothing after trying for an hour.
I'm not 100% sure how AXS decides the order of the queue but the waiting room opened at 9:30 so if they decide the order based on when you joined the waiting room that could be why you had issues. Definitely recommend joining the waiting room as soon as it opens for the general onsale.

Damn I didn't know it opened so early. Yeah I will definitely make sure to be in early Friday then. Thanks!

I am almost positive this is not true, and its just luck as long as you are in by 9:59

yep, I got in the waiting room by like 9:36 -- still couldn't snag a Sat. Dec. 4th tickie #RIP

Pretty sure you’re wrong. A queue is the easiest thing to implement

Like I said I'm not totally certain how they decide queue order. Could be random like ticketmaster. It doesn't hurt to join the waiting room early.
This is SO date-dependent. Yesterday I got in the queue for Saturday the 11th at 9:38 on the desktop while I didn't queue at all for Thursday the 9th because the app didn't have a queue feature til 10AM - wait was very short for the 9th despite not being in the queue, and I got tix right before I was let in for the 11th - at which point all tix were gone for the 11th.

Its luck of the draw. You couldve logged in at 9:59 and gotten through in a minute, or be at the end. Lots of people think if you enter the moment it opens that you will be first no matter what are flat wrong.

it is 100% date dependent since there's a different link for each individual show.
same thing happened with me both yesterday and today with 12/4 vs 12/5 -- I snagged two tickies for the 5th yesterday without much issue while nothing ever showed up for 12/4. Again, couldn't find anything for 12/4 today (even though I queued up before 9:40am), whereas I got in super easily for the 5th to try and look for a friend.

Seems like it would make more sense to open the queue right at 10, and then give access to tickets to who gets in by order compared to opening it 30 minutes before tickets go on sale and making it a random draw.

The waiting room probably helps alleviate some of the issues of having a bunch of people hit the ticketing system/queue all at once.

if you take a look at reddit, it seems very few issues were alleviated lol. sooo many folks had the app/site crash or freeze, then kick them back to the start of the line at which point they couldn't acquire a tickie

Yeah the app has been a real dud for me with The Avalanches and Bright Eyes shows. So I’ve gone with the browser past two times for lcd and avalanches. Very lucky to have gotten tickets now to figure out travel plans
The app kept giving me half loaded pages with nothing to click on yesterday. I had to leave and come back and gave up the third time which never fixed the problem. My wife was in-line to get groceries and got them first try. I’m blaming my wifi.
Sorry to those that missed out. Hopefully you’ll get something on Friday.

In for LCD on the 19th. Cash or Trade has had few put up tickets at face since yesterday morning. I would recommend putting up alerts for whatever date your looking for.
