Are those Passion Pit shows supposed to be underplays, or is that just their draw nowadays? Crazy that 10 years ago they did MSG and two nights at Pier 37 all in the same year.

Seems more like shaking off the rust/getting back out there. I imagine they'll sell out but, yeah, they're probably club level now given that they haven't had much of a presence over the past 6-7 years.
Rumor on Chorus.FM that Lana Del Rey is prepping a baseball stadium tour. Wonder if she does Citi Field.
I can confirm that she is prepping a tour. Not sure the types of venues but stadium wouldn’t surprise me. But jeez seeing her in a stadium sounds depressing.

No idea what the demand for these Pulp shows will be. I thought Suede coming back to the US was a big deal but I don't think that show at King's sold out.

Funnily enough I had a conflict when Suede came too, which bummed me out - it was a travel, not show conflict though.

Fatboy Slim at Knockdown Center 5/25. For $19, easy purchase.
extremely easy. his last show here was act-of-godded away from me after my dog got into some berries he shouldn't have while i was walking him before i was going to go pregame (he was and still is fine, for the record). fingers crossed it works out this time.
Also looks like that Pulp pre-sale went quickly. Checked it out and there were already 5000 people in line.
I may camp the secondary market on Pulp to see if I can sneak in on 9/14...but I may also have to give that one a miss, as September is absolutely ridiculously stuffed for me, already.

as someone who's dog is constantly trying to eat everything outside, really empathize with you there. wishing you luck this time!

the funny thing is, he hardly ever does! just wasn't in the cards for me that night, c'est la vie. excited for the redemption shot.
