U2 < Stones (just saw U2, never seen the stones, hit for hit I probably like them the same)
Radiohead > Jay (just saw jay, seen the head twice, i probably like jay more than most on the board but easy call here)
Weeknd < Gorillaz (seen Weeknd, never seen Gorillaz, probably like gorillaz less than most on the board, but still an easy call)
AF > Blur (never seen either, I like blur fine, but i like AF more, and I kind of think blur's a tad over rated)
Flo < Bon (this one's tough, both shows were some of the best I've seen, recency bias makes me go Bon because 22 a million is great and i just saw him, but again, really tough)
Avetts < System (seen avett bros 5 times, seen system once but i'll never forget that shit, easy)
Thom > Durant (clearly)
Kiss < Justice (i'm sure kiss is good live, but justice's show was killer and they're cooler in so many ways)
Disclosure < Morrissey (never seen Disclosure, but morrissey's show was incredible, i guess there's the wah morrissey canceled on me aspect of things, which he did do to me, but then re scheduled and killed it so idk)
Anderson Paak < PSBs (just from what I've seen from their live shows, their songs are pretty meh, but i definitely like paak less than most of the board)
IN THE EVENT THAT DISCLOSURE IS ACTUALLY 12 AND NOT 9, KIM FIX THE DAMN POSTER!
paak < Morrissey (too easy)
Lesh > PSBs (idk I could see myself checking this out, im sure PSB's show is better, but depending on how much acid is at these fests that might be the move)
Also I think the best two made the final. I am very proud to have made it to 4th my first year participating, and with honestly only 1 (real) headliner. I think that If I had 1 other big name, someone like Kendrick or Fleetwood Mac, I could've gone further.

This was a lot of fun, overall.
yeah mine was my favorite but I definitely felt I had an uphill battle convincing others it was better than Tranter's or Kim's.
Anyone decide to vote for Kim after The Weeknd dropped his album? That was pretty great timing.
It def helped (and the EP is really great, so that's just generally good for everyone), but I'm voting based on the fact that of the top 5, I've seen all but 1 (AF) on Kim's- and all but 2 (U2 & AF) multiple times.
But on King's I've only seen 1.5 of his top 5 (I saw Bon Iver at Coach last year and I saw Jay Z introduce Obama at a rally in Columbus in 2012. He did like 5 songs, and Obama came out during the 5th song... so that's like half a point for having seen him. lol) I'd also just be generally more excited for the stuff on King's line up bc I haven't seen so much of it and already know a good amount.
But then again, the way the scheduling works out, I'd see about 6 more bands if I split sets at Kim's fest than I would at King's.... so idk. It's pretty much a toss up for me, but I'm voting based on the totally subjective "wow factor" I get from King's. (For me: Rolling Stones & Jay Z >>> U2 & Radiohead)

Aw man. This is already done? How long was this up? And on a weekend? Would you consider stretching these voting rounds out a bit next time? I didn't get to vote and it would have tied it up. Oh well, congrats, Tranter.
