If a fest had this lineup with Primavera's headliners, I'd be booking flights and camping gear right now even though I don't camp, lol. Although, this is so deep that the headliners don't even really matter. I gotta get to one of these before I get too old (which may have happened already, but...).
11/28 Raveonettes (Copenhagen, Denmark) 12/4 Interpol 12/14 LCD Soundsystem 12/31 Billy Joel 1/25 The Killers (Las Vegas) 2/12 Jack White 2/25 Father John Misty 3/6 Inhaler 4/10 Franz Ferdinand 4/17 Nick Cave & the Bad Seeds 5/15 Amyl & the Sniffers 5/18 Fontaines D.C. 9/1 Oasis
Is it even possible to get a ticket at this point?
Long shot...resale for unused tickets is 3/24 (ticket packages that include bis ride) and 3/27 (plain GA ticket). Both those sales will be internet free for alls. You would also need to register which takes a few days.
Is it even possible to get a ticket at this point?
Yes, there is going to be a resale on March 24 for coach/GA packages and March 27 for GA tickets.
If you have any interest, you need to pre-register ASAP. Make sure you follow the registration instructions precisely, especially when it comes to the photo. glastonbury.seetickets.com/registration
I think there will be a bunch of tickets available, it was postponed twice, lots of people must have had life circumstances change such that they can't make it anymore and thus returned their tickets. At the same time, I expect that more people than usual will be trying to get tickets in the resale.
I'm undefeated 5/5 in getting Glastonbury tickets, more than happy to help you get tickets during the resale if you want to go.

I'm definitely more serious about it than I expected to be. Gonna register and weight out how realistic it is. I'm not in the best financial place to make it happen but it's possible and I want to do Glasto before life and my body can't handle it and don't know if I can bet on them having a better lineup for my tastes in the next couple years, so the motivation is there.

This is what I was just saying to Cap'n Mac… surely this year there will be more tickets than usual in the resale, but there will also be more than usual buying resale too.
We’re going to try our luck. But as you’re 5/5 in getting them, I’m like 0/5. We tried in 2020, designed our whole honeymoon around it, then didn’t get tickets. It was the ultimate bummer.
3 months notice will be a tight turnaround for us to get there from Australia, but I think we’re going to at least try.
Anyone who wants help with tickets, send me a PM so that we can coordinate. My group is squared away (we rolled over our 2020 tix to 2021 and again to 2022), so I'm happy to lend a hand.
Also, I can't say for sure that this will be the case this year, but in past years, you had the option to return your ticket up until a few weeks before the festival for a refund less a ~25 pound restock fee. Assuming that policy is in place again this year, you can think of buying a ticket now as an "option" that costs the restock fee.

What about TLC? Are they gonna show up at Glastonbury and they’re good. And y’all haven’t heard of them since the nineties when you were babies, kids, teenagers and young adults.

Unless there's any major conflicts I am probably going to see TLC!

They toured last year and are at other festivals. And they showed up!
A question for people who have been before - what are your recommendations for shoes/rain gear? For the latter, I'm especially curious about ponchos since although they're cheaper they at least cover your body more.

Personally I got a pair of hiking boots this time and wasnt going to invest in wellies since they would take up a bunch of space in luggage. If I wreck em, no big loss. In 2017 I just had regular sneakers and if it had gotten bad I was gonna pony up some money for a pair onsite. Rain gear wise you could have a light water resistant shell jacket on top of anything else you could like bust out from a backpack real fast. Or get a solid poncho for around $20 at a sporting good store. If youre getting some footwear you better get into that now cause I dont think you want to not have time to break them in. There is so much terrain so youre gonna want comfort. Prob be a good idea to get some nice insoles too.
