Is this for the bonnaroo draft? I wasn’t in the infinity draft, but would like to be in for the roo draft if there’s room.

I’ll be very happy with a top 5 finish. We all have more experience now so I’m expecting a close one with no clear front runners for most of the draft.

It is. If anybody bows out I'll give first priority to anyone from the 2nd Bonnaroo Draft, though. Well, almost anyone.

How will sign ups work? Will the people in the last infinity draft get priority?
Yes.
I'll send out an initial invite in the next few days via DM for the participants in the last infinity draft with the potential rules. If anyone opts out I'll open slots up to the rest of inforoo.
