I would really like to incorporate latin music into my lineup, but unfortunately i think i MIGHT be the only person in this draft that cares for/can understand it.
To put it simply, if you removed veck and yh from GBs discog, you may not even remember who they are at this point. If you removed shields and ruins, their status and popularity would be precisely the same.

Yo I thought about that but I didn't know if composers would count
Has he played live twice?
Technically orchestras played them however he played then when making them and I'm sure he performed to the orchestras so they would play it and I'm sure he's done concerts maybe as a kid when learning or something

Note that was me being a wiseass. I'm not challenging, I believe he is 100% eligible

Yes. He was the house composer at the Theatre an der Wien from 1803 until 1809. He performed at the least the First, Second, Fourth and Fifth Symphonies at the Theatre.
Ludwig van Beethoven and the orchestra of the Theatre an der Wien.
Nice pick. Have you been listening to any orchestral or other "classical" records you'd care to recommend? I used to listen to a bunch but I've slacked off lately.
