2 weekends of loyalty being compressed to one weekend worth of tickets is going to be really shitty for those trying to buy without loyalty. It's going to sellout in the blink of an eye, even with the price increases.

100% agree.. I went back when it was 1 weekend and it was definitely crowded, afraid to see how crowded it gets now..

If I can get tickets I'm going to buy them as soon as they go on sale.
I've never been... wanted to go for 6 years and never have. This is the year I've been planning to make it happen.
The thing that's always held me back if that I'd have to fly in, and flying in with a tent is such a pain.
How hot is it at this fest? Is it nearly as bad as Bonnaroo trying to sleep in the morning? Can I survive this without an ez up? I'm not flying with an EZ up..

It can get hot in the morning, but does drop into the 50's at night.. I usually have a small, battery powered fan and am fine

Do you have loyalty?
I haven't gone since 2016 so I don't have loyalty. I'm tempted to grab tickets this year because I think they'll STACK the lineup with it being one weekend but it's going to be SOOOO crowded. I wouldn't be surprised if it bumps to 50,000 attendance next year.

I gotcha.. Let me know what you decide, will probably have an extra GL loyalty code since one of our group isnt coming
I'm doing the same; going to grab a ticket and see what capacity/lineup looks like and then make my decision. I'd hate to not get one and the lineup be ridiculous

getting a little ahead of myself but I want to figure out some logistics before I buy tickets. They offer airport shuttles right? I don't see anything on the site yet, probably too early.
Can anyone tell me which airport or airports they shuttle from? Are the shuttles just Friday and monday?

Looks like the website is down right now, but all of your info will be there. I know in the past, they have definitely picked up in Chicago and Grand Rapids
Do you plan on flying in with camping supplies, or getting a ticket with a tent option? When we used to fly in to GRR, we would just rent a car. Gave us the freedom to stop along the way to shop for necessities if need be

I'm flying in with camping supplies. Never done this, going to try to be minimal as possible.
Renting a car would be ideal but I'm going to be solo and I hate to spend the money to rent a car for 4-5 days that will just be sitting at a camp site. I'll probably use the shuttle. My cousin drives up to do festival production, I might have him tote me up a few things if need be

ahh ok cool.. Yea, check the site in the next couple of days and things should be updated

I have a friend (wealthy friend lol) who was looking at doing a cabin but realized she would never get it without loyalty. If you don't use that loyalty I'll definitely take it (I'd be tagging along/mooching a spot in that cabin package) haha.

No problemo! When the emails go out, i'll definitely let you know.. I'm about 99.5% sure we'll have an extra

So today Electic Forest asked on social media who people want to see. They replied to a tweet "Look at HQ's favorites and RTs" with a winky face. They're retweeting and favoriting answers on Twitter, and posting other answers as instagram stories. So far we got the following: Retweets: STS9, Alison Wonderland, Nghtmrem Seven Lions, 12th Planet, Slander, Charles the First, Caspa, Carl, Prize Cart, Plug In, OOkay

Thanks for posting! Will update the OP with these speculated artists, but I have a buddy that works for Madison House and he pretty much said these were confirmed, unless they are playing him too
Looks like they might drop the lineup today. I don't think I'm going but am interested to see if they load up the 1 weekend lineup or keep it basically the same formula as usual.

This is the first message board I've ever been on, the only reason I joined is because I love Bonnaroo and wanted to read and talk about it all year long.
I know they'll be additions, but pretty underwhelmed at this lineup being they went back to 1 weekend
I knew going in that I'd be underwhelmed/dissapointed as soon as I saw Bassnectar at the top yet again. This is the year they needed to branch out from his obnoxious umbrella. Tickets are going to sell out quickly regardless. Why make it worse with the 7,000 "bassheads" that go only to see him.

Why does their lineup look exactly the same every year? Is there anything unique on this?
Not yet
When they release the curated stages there are usually some gems that they release.. In the past, they had 1 more lineup drop with some bigger names and then a couple more smaller releases

The lineup is basically a rehash of everyone I saw at Hulaween, EDCO, and Okee this year, but there's a lot of fun stuff and I've always wanted to go to Sherwood Forest. I'm making it happen.
