This is the first message board I've ever been on, the only reason I joined is because I love Bonnaroo and wanted to read and talk about it all year long.

I saw Matt Berninger at a liquor store in Ohio yesterday. I told him how cool it was to meet him in person, but I didn’t want to be a douche and bother him and ask him for Tylenol for my beers or anything. He said, “Oh, like you’re doing now?” I was taken aback, and all I could say was “Huh?” but he kept cutting me off and going “I won’t fuck us over! Won’t fuck us over! Won’t fuck us over!” and closing his hand shut in front of my face. I walked away and continued with my shopping, and I heard him say something about needing his girl as I walked off. When I came to pay for my stuff up front I saw him trying to walk out the doors with like fifteen bottles of wine in his hands without paying. The girl at the counter (whose name was Carin) was very nice about it and professional, and was like “Sir, you need to pay for those first.” At first he kept declaring that all the wine was all for him, but eventually turned back around, called out “hey baby” and brought them to the counter. When she took one of the bottles and started scanning it multiple times, he stopped her and told her to scan them each individually “to prevent any brainy infetterence,” and then turned around and winked at me. I don’t even think that’s a word. After she scanned each bar and put them in a bag and started to say the price, he kept interrupting her by repeatedly yelling “Your voice is swallowing my soul soul soul” really loudly.

Im not sure we applauded Bonnaroo quite enough for the amount of 1.25 hour sets. Been complaining for years and they took a great step in the right direction.
Would suck if we keep seeing sets get moved back to an hour, though. Has to be tge artists requesting a shorter set right?
Also I'll probably make my own spreadsheet tomorrow of the schedule as it is now. As it changes I'll just make new copies so we can see what ended up changing over time.

Ditto Teskey Brothers Friday and Rubblebucket Saturday. Both are bands I'd very much like to see but fuuuuuck those early shows are unpleasant.
I've spent so many afternoons at camp like "Oh if I'm gonna see *band* I should head out now. Nah I'm good, I'll catch *other band* when they come on."..."Eh I really didn't need to see *other band* anyway; it's hot out." Then I don't head into Centeroo until 5 or 6.

An EZ up with well placed tapestries/walls that keep you in the shade without blocking the breeze is necessary. That plus cold water and beer, maybe a fan, a moist neck wrap and it's not so bad. I typically sleep til 10 or 11 on an air mattress that way. I also live on the surface of the sun and am ready dealing with 100° days, so I'm pretty used to the heat by June.

Haha, my priorities have shifted over the years. I camp with other Inforooers and many of them I only get to see at Roo. Good company in the shade often wins out over baking in the sun for a band I'm only kinda-sorta into.

it's weird, i never watch them at home, but in a hotel it's nothing but Fixer Upper and Property Brothers. i have a cell phone with every streaming service ever on it but this is the choice i make.

Maybe. In the 7 or 8 nights I've spent at Bonnaroo, I've also managed a portable chair, a back seat, a front seat, the ground at late night Bassnectar. I also don't mind sleeping on the floor of a tent. if I'm laying down at that point, I'm not getting up.
Attending Kikogaku Moyo at 12:30pm on Sunday will not be a problem for me. No way I'm missing that show even if it's only 45 minutes. I'll get some Soul Rebels and Bombino after that, but then I'm probably not doing shit until The Wood Brothers. So that's a whole 3 hours to go back to sleep, pack my shit or whatever it is I'm going to do that afternoon before G Jones, Mac D and Phish.

Princess is decent, but I'm probably not getting by there unless I'm wandering. It's kind of an afterthought set for me. Also, I don't dislike Lemon Twigs. But I find them kind of weird so again, unless I'm wandering at that point, I'll probably not go see them. Otherwise, I'm also skipping at least 80% of the first two lines on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. It's a wonder that I feel like I'm still getting my money's worth. But I like a lot of smaller acts this year and EDM that I typically wouldn't much care about overall at Bonnaroo. So I'll make due. I'd probably see Solange if I hadn't seen her already. I liked her band.
Looks like they're adding more to the Where Stage. CID is playing 3-4:30am on Friday and Crooked Colours is playing 5-6pm on Saturday. More announcements coming next week according to WeAreBonnaroo on reddit.
