i was in the pit for wilco in 2013 and it was deserted because everyone was getting ready for paul. otherwise, it was a great show for wilco fans. i think the stream from it is on youtube and you can see the throngs of people behind a 2/3rds empty pit.

Also, Wilco would make me really happy. Saw them recently for one of their Winterlude shows in Chicago, and I feel like it's more high energy than they get credit for. The songs can be sleepy, but they usually spruce up the live arrangements (Via Chicago being the obvious example).
