two weekends ago i did a super deep clean/reorganization of my bathroom and it's dumb how happy it's made me. just did the same with my closet last weekend.
Tomorrow is my last day until the 20th and I start a new gig. I am about to crazy deep clean, get rid of shit in my house. I am sort of excited but am worried that crafting for Mardi Gras will take over.
Side note, eat all the King Cake it is officially Twelfth Night.

i do a modified-kondo method. she doesn't want you to go by room but that's what i do. so like for my bathroom i took every single item out of the bathroom and place them on the floor in another room, super cleaned the empty bathroom, went through each item and threw away what i didn't need, then returned the remaining items to the bathroom with much better organization.
for my closet i didn't even do hanging clothes this time, just all the shit on the floor and shelves in there. donated some shoes and pitched a bunch of miscellaneous stuff in there.
i don't have time to kiss a corporation's ass, and neither will you when sipping White Claw Hard Seltzer. i really love decluttering. so satisfying.
